Frankly the people are really mean, what do you expect given the price, for our part the hostess is more than welcoming and friendly. Certainly the hotel deserves a facelift, which must be done this year....but otherwise the cleanliness, the setting and the breakfast buffet are great, for a night of passage, I recommend without problem.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Microscopic shower, window the size of a small porthole, minimalist breakfast. . .

Cold in the room. There was a heater that failed to heat the room.

Very very disappointed with the service. Dirty and degraded hotel. Poorly soundproofed, you have the impression of spending the night in your neighbor's room...to be avoided in very hot weather. No air conditioning and the single small window allows almost no ventilation. Bedspread littered with three cigarettes. We had to change rooms at our request upon our arrival, the room reeking of stale tobacco.

Arriving at 11:00 p.m., I had to collect the room card from the box provided for this purpose. This one is blocked and impossible to retrieve, after at least 25 minutes of calls on the cell phone of the guard, 11 calls from my husband and 14 from me, with a 5 year old child in my arms. I had to tinker around with branches to access the card stuck in the box, injuring my wrist in the process!!! Arrived in the room for 2 adults and 1 child clearly indicated in the reservation, child's bed not made I had to prepare it myself at midnight so that my 5 year old daughter could sleep!!! Around 5:00 a.m. woken up because "the type of blind" does not even camouflage the light at the bottom on the sides and the top, it is abuse especially given the deplorable state of the one so worthy of a cabin!!! It was quite hot, it was impossible for me to open a window a little to be able to breathe because the room is equipped with two windows one on top of the other opening opposite!!! A good shower to try to wake up after this shattering night, there are three of us but only two are entitled to the shower because there are only two towels and two cardboard cups to drink from!! VMC present in the shower but not functional!!! It was a disaster!! The operator told me that she would talk to her manager about it as soon as she arrived, so I waited to post my comment. But no one contacted me again! A seriousness equal to the deplorable service

No soap in the room. Heating that does not work. Disappointing.

The receptionist was particularly pleasant and available, well done again!

Absolutely pathetic. Reservation of a twin, in fact a double. Large cobwebs in all 4 corners, broken, dirty equipment. The impression of staying in an old cellar. To flee !!!! We arrived at 11 p.m., too late to look for another hotel…

Top room and decent bedding Very good breakfast and very kind staff a nice hotel with a good restaurant recommended by the receptionist (Piwi’z) I will happily return to this establishment!!! Thank you and see you soon . …..
