Changfeng Park Area
Advantages: The clerk was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help upgrade the room. The location is good, next to Caoyang No. 2 Middle School and Putuo District Central Hospital, and it is very convenient to eat! Disadvantages: 1. Maybe because the room price is relatively low, the decoration in the room is relatively old. 2. The room I stayed in may not have been occupied for a long time. The two horizontal boards and the telephone at the head of the bed were dusty. I asked the clerk for disinfectant wipes and wiped them myself. There was also a lot of dust and cotton wool on the pillow. The air conditioner does not heat, so I asked the staff to repair it. I asked the master who repaired the air conditioner if this room has not been occupied for a long time. 3. The sound insulation of the room is relatively poor. The sound of water, talking, and snoring in the next room at night can be heard clearly😂. 4. The quilt is very thin, and it is uncomfortable to blow hot air, so the temperature is not set high before going to bed, 20 degrees, and I was woken up by the cold at one o'clock in the night😅😅😅, and the child got hot in the morning🥵. 5. The invoice is not the actual amount of the guest's consumption. When I asked why, they said it was Ctrip's lowest price, but other hotels booked on Ctrip gave invoices of the actual amount, and then they never responded again. But in the end, I can only blame myself for only considering the distance from my child's training institution and booking a cheap room. I can only say that it's my own fault!

I enjoyed my stay. The bed is so comfortable I’d sleep all day . Though it’s winter the heater took time to get the room warm. But it’s really nice hotel. Many surrounding restaurants and an a** less than 1km away. The Metro subway is also an 10min walk away. Most of the places I go to are all in the same area so very convenient Thank you

The room was very clean and tidy, and the space layout was very good. The front desk gave small gifts at check-in and check-out, which was very considerate. The staff was very friendly and it was very convenient to store luggage. The location was also very good, and the subway station was just a short walk away.

District of Hutai and Pengpu
The hotel is newly renovated and clean. The room size is average for hotels of the same price in Shanghai, which is acceptable overall. The hotel service staff are quite polite. There are two issues that I am not satisfied with: 1. The hotel is right next to the intersection, and there is still some noise from cars passing by at night. 2. The shower water pressure is too low, and a little water can't even bring up the shower head, so the shower experience is too bad. Finally, the hotel WIFI needs to be confirmed with the hotel. There is no clear indication in the room or on the room card, which is not very user-friendly.

The hotel is very good, with a retro and artistic style. I like it very much. The front desk lady is very beautiful and professional. She patiently told me how to travel and how to take a plane. The housekeeping lady was also very enthusiastic. I met a housekeeping lady in the elevator and she took the initiative to help me send my luggage from the elevator to the room. I will come again next time I have the chance. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. It takes only a few minutes to walk to 2 subway stations. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The service of the restaurant staff is also very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with many varieties. I personally think it is very cost-effective.
