The room is of medium size and has a good environment. It is close to the Huangxing Park lake and looks really comfortable. This time I bought the breakfast and dinner buffet. The quality of the food was a bit lacking and some of the dishes were not very fresh.

The front desk lobby manager Echo's service is warm and thoughtful, the room is large, spacious and clean, the facilities are complete and well-equipped, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient ~ the room is clean and tidy. This time, the child is taking the postgraduate entrance examination nearby. After booking a room on other websites without success, I contacted the hotel staff. I made a reservation on Ctrip and had a good first-time check-in experience. I was given a small gift when I checked in, which was very efficient. The front desk also extended the check-out to 2 p.m. for free. Overall, I feel very good. I give the hotel a thumbs up and will stay here again if necessary.

Dear ladies and gentlemen at Crowne Plaza Shanghai Fudan, You guys operate the best premium hotel I have ever encountered! It is even better than some luxurious hotels. The amenities and rooms in your hotel are so well-maintained. Also, your rooms are simple but comfortable, just like a refreshing MUJI-style home. A special thank-you note to Ms. Isabell at the check-in desk, A super approachable and helpful lady, who knows a lot about the hotel. I really enjoy the check-in experience with you and I wish more people in the hospitality can get to know you as you are such a definition of a talented hospitality professional, Isabell! Best,

The room is spacious and bright. The front desk upgraded the room thoughtfully. Thank you to Mr. Zheng for his meticulous and dedicated service. Every time I take an extra half hour to check into Blue Sky, it is because of Blue Sky's first-class service, convenient transportation, and beautiful scenery. Mr. Chen at the front desk is polite and makes you feel at home. The feeling, the coffee afternoon tea roll in the lobby bar is amazing, full of real coffee and tiramisu.
Hyatt Regency Shanghai, Wujiaochang

I have been in China for seven years. I have seen the changes, and I have to say that I can greatly appreciate what Hyatt is doing for Westerners right now. I had a truly exceptional stay with them! They were always people who spoke English. The breakfast was especially welcome, as it included an incredible croissant and cheese. It sounds silly, but cheese is not available as frequently these days. If you are reading this in English, it’s likely he could appreciate a place that understands that experience. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!
