Beautiful house and friendly host. I like the Tibetan design and careful consideration in the room layout. The location is very convenient, walking distance to attractions and many delicious food nearby.
I wanted to thank our beautiful host, she provided many wonderful tips and coordination to attractions.. Balagezong, Pudacuo, Guihill etc which made my experience in Shangri-la so memorable and fun. Highly recommended.

Had a fantastic stay here. It had a great location to Ancient City and close to the street for easy Didi/ taxi. The room was very clean. The hostess was very responsive to our questions and needs. It’s nice to support both small businesses and Tibetan owned businesses.

A nice B&B managed by a couple. The location is good and near the ancient town. It was good that the room has floor heating in a cold winter time. The lady manager was friendly and helpful to carry my luggage up and down the stairs and even gave me a free drop off to the Shangri-La airport. They have few cute cats in the hotel. Just wish they provide free breakfast. Overall the stay was nice.

Highly recommended for a wonderful and grateful experience. The hosts are very fine people who actually put their guests needs first with genuine effort and humility. Simply the best checkin/checkout ever experienced. I would strongly recommend staying here for those who appreciate Tibeten culture and hospitality. I would not hesitate to visit here again the next time.

The most beautiful hotel, and a surprise for friends after they booked it! Highly recommended! You will never regret it!
