We’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns and have certain expectations. This is one of the best! The place seemed up-to-date, but it looked like they were getting ready to do even more renovations. Every member of the staff we came into contact with was friendly and competent. The room was clean, with all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfortable. The shower head was great, but there could have been a little more pressure. Quiet overnight. Common areas were clean. The breakfast was well-stocked with a good variety of options. Good biscuits, but no gravy! A good stay for us as we passed through town on a road trip.

I was pleasantly surprised with my room, and the property in general. Our room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good, and the staff kept everything stocked in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Nichelle. We will be coming back to Florence again in the coming months, and I am sure we will stay at this hotel again.

Friendly Greeter. Clean Hotel. Clean Room. Comfortable. Quiet. Only complaint was worker at breakfast. He kept coming to tables and talked to everyone until they finally had to get up and leave. Was asking personal questions about my husbands health. He was annoying and honestly we should have stopped and reported him then. Several customers rolled their eyes to him but I’m not sure if anyone took time to complain - they just left breakfast. We left and took food back to our room.

Friendly, helpful, and accommodating employees. Uranna at the front desk was especially wonderful! I loved the aromatherapy the hotel has in the lobby and hallways - so refreshing and inviting! The hotel was recently renovated, so everything was fresh and looked nice. My room was comfortable. I was a little concerned that the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, but that was not a problem at all. The lobby was also very comfortable. The hotel provides little to-go bags for you to take on your way out - with an apple, a muffin, and a bottle of water. What a nice touch!

This hotel just finished renovating and it is very clean and nice. They also have a spa like scent in the lobby and halls that smells wonderful. And the best part is the employees! Everyone from the front desk, breakfast staff and housekeeping were amazing! We stayed for 4 nights and will definitely stay here again when we come to visit family.

The people here are extremely nice and professional. The facilities are under renovations. Other than that I fully enjoyed the stay. Price was higher than usual due to bookings for football.

Rooms need updating, for sure. After dropping $200 on a Monday night stay, I expected our room to be newer and more modern. The bathroom was the worst. Wallpaper was peeling, shower & sink were old and discolored. No vent in the bathroom made for a very humid shower experience. Tub was really slow to drain. Everything was clean, though, so that’s the important part. Beds were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was good, and staff members were friendly.
