Our two husband and wife come to Shennongjia Muyu Town for summer vacation. We have stayed in many hotels and we are most satisfied with this four-star Muyu Hotel. New hotel, new facilities, big rooms and very comfortable. The sheets and towels are white and clean, the staff clean the room on time every day, and the service attitude is very good. The hotel is large in scale, with 14 floors and a beautiful lobby. The rooms are large and clean, the beddings are all new, there are also a range hood, a kitchen sink, and a cooking table. Can cook. The breakfast is better and matches the room price. After discussion, check-out can be delayed until 13 o'clock. The above are all advantages. It was a bit unpleasant before we left the store. We went out to collect the clothes to dry after 12 o'clock. When we came back, the room card couldn't open the door. At this time, the car was waiting for us at the entrance of the hotel. We said that the car was waiting for someone and immediately checked out. She stood at the door and urged to leave, and she reached out to the bathroom (my friend is helping her). It's so rude. Even if there are other guests waiting to check in, you should not treat guests who have not checked out in this way. In the end, when we came to the lobby to hand in the room card, there were no guests in the lobby. It's all lies to say that guests are waiting to enter the room. Obviously bullying us two old ladies in their seventies. The hardware of this hotel is good, and the staff need training.

酒店裡麪設施設備很齊全，客房服務員到房間處理問題都十分及時，衞生做的也很乾凈，酒店環境挺不錯的，洗漱用品齊全，毛巾被子也都很乾凈，住着很舒服，視野開闊，神農架風景優美，值得推薦的酒店，服務非常周到！有問題會及時解決。早餐也很豐盛種類很多～離官門山、天生橋等景點也很近，地理位置也好，下次還會選擇！

第一次來神農架抱着試試看的樣子定了這個酒店，感覺挺好的，吃飯、逛街都很方便，房間也很乾凈，設施好且齊全！來的時候下雨，山景很漂亮，酒店前台的小姐姐態度非常好，熱情好客，諮詢旅遊景點的線路問題都很耐心細心的幫我們介紹了 ，點贊👍👍

房間很乾凈，裝修也看上去很舒服！客房服務人和善，設施設備齊全，基本是有求必應。酒店距離劇院很近，步行兩分鐘就到了，白天去景區，晚上看個劇，回去洗個熱水澡舒舒服服睡一覺，是一趟不錯的旅行

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台服務小姐姐非常熱情，房間設施齊全，床也很舒服，有一個特別大的停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦，特別是一出門就可以看見特別美的天空和劇院，美死了

剛進入酒店，酒店的裝潢就讓人眼前一亮，前台姐姐也非常熱情專業的替我們講解周邊的景點彷彿身臨其境，進入房間後環境衞生做的整潔，點上自己帶的香薰欣賞窗外傍晚的風景，生活如此愜意～強烈推薦
