I booked a room on January 13th two days in advance. I called the front desk and was told that only the queen bed was left, so I would change it if I wanted. So I was forced to change to a double bed room. The double bed room was very small and not at all the treatment I deserved for the twin room I paid 342 yuan for. I asked the front desk to refund the price difference, but the front desk refused and refused to refund. I couldn’t live in it.
