Room is big and clean but the air conditioner is very cold and doesn’t seem to be able to be adjusted.

It's a pleasure to be here. The room is roomy and clean. in the restaurant they provide a wide variety of food for breakfast. Good location, good client services, the metro entrance is directly across the street from the hotel. Happy and would return for my next trip to shenzhen.

The service was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The hotel could benefit of redecoration of the guestrooms, as it's showing wear. Electrical outlets should be updated and the lighting could be separated for various times of use, such as bright, or subdued lighting. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of offerings, well presented.

Facility is in a good location but not very clean and old.

Good for just stay overnight

Location was great as it was right outside the subway station. Check in was quick and receptionists was nice and helpful with questions. The price was also inexpensive for the room and there is an alley behind the hotel with restaurants and a 7-11 if needed.

This hotel gave me a very good feeling. Wu Jiajia at the front desk of the hotel was warm and thoughtful, always smiling, making me feel at home. The hotel facilities are also first-class. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is elegant, and the bed is soft and comfortable. I will continue to come to this hotel next time.

It's an old hotel. What's shown on the booking page is actually the newly renovated west wing. The east wing is the shorter and older building next to it, and it has to go through the parking lot. The service was okay, not particularly enthusiastic but answered all questions. The room phone was broken and didn't work. It is located in the central area of ​​OCT, with a good surrounding environment. The OCT subway station is just downstairs, which is very convenient. There are also restaurants and a Wal-Mart supermarket is about 10 minutes' walk away. The breakfast environment is very beautiful, and the variety is not particularly large.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rating of 4 stars is actually overestimated to 2 stars. The walls are moldy, the communication facilities in all rooms are broken, the service staff have poor service attitude, and the hair dryer is also broken. The elevator has restricted floors, and takeout is left at the door. However, the hotel does not provide door-to-door delivery service, and there is no service robot. Guess why we order takeout. The service staff at the back brought us the wrong takeout, and even got angry at us and told us to go down and identify ourselves. Regarding the communication facilities and the attitude of the service staff: Because the hair dryer did not produce air, I called the front desk and found that the communication was broken. I called Ctrip and consulted the front desk. The front desk directly replied that our call was broken. Regarding the hotel environment, just look at the pictures. Needless to say, I didn’t deliberately take pictures of the general environment. Anyway, it is very poor. Regarding cleaning, I stayed here for 2 days. On the first day when I left, I was told to clean up the room. On the second day, I changed the quilt and toothbrush. All other things were not returned, including the garbage in the room and the instant noodles I had eaten.
