I would like to write to express my satisfaction with your hotel's excellent service and staff arrangements. I recently stayed at your hotel for my child's birthday and had a very pleasant stay. First of all, I would like to commend Ms. Huang Yilin, the head of your guest service center. She contacted me by email before my stay and was very friendly and professional. She responded to my needs and questions quickly and attentively. I was deeply impressed by her service attitude and professionalism. In addition, I would like to give a special commendation to Mr. Tan Yongqing from the concierge. He greeted us with a smile and showed a very proactive service attitude. I was impressed by his professionalism and thoughtful service. Finally, I would like to thank you again for your room arrangement. All three of us were very satisfied with the comfort and layout of the room. Your hotel provided us with a pleasant and warm accommodation environment. All in all, I was very impressed with your hotel and I was very satisfied with my stay. I look forward to staying at your hotel again and recommending your hotel to my friends and family. 每次來到就像回家，這裡位於龍崗市中心，附近大型商場林立，餐廳選擇十分多，酒店早餐又十分豐富，最主要服務貼心，尤其是阿May,每次見到她都有朋友感覺。

房間不錯乾淨衞生，前台的小高服務很不錯幫了很多忙

Reception friendly & helpful, rooms nice clean & spacious. Gym good, location is close to shops. Only negative is there is a night club downstairs & was very loud music until 2-3am. We stayed on a Thursday evening.

Clean spacious room, speedy front desk. Breakfast is nice, perhaps they can consider adding more coffee machines as there's always a queue. There are some night clubs just across the street, making it slightly noisy if the curtains drawn up. But the clubs are neat, I slept well with the curtains down.
