I was deeply impressed by the service of Mercure Shenzhen Bay. The staff, Manager Li and Xiao Wang, were particularly enthusiastic and always kept smiling, which made people feel particularly warm. 住的還可以，前台姜經理服務熱情還幫助升級了房型，房間乾淨整潔，早餐也比較豐盛，退房時，前台小王也幫忙延遲退房

入住體驗還不錯，酒店的恆温泳池很好，每次出差都會選擇這家酒店，房間設施齊全方便，還有前台姜經理服務周到熱心，性價比較高

I had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure Nanshan, the room is modern, well equipped and decorated. But the best of all is the cordiality and service of the Hotel staff, of which I especially highlight Mr. Stephen and Miss. Jiang from the Hotel reception/front desk who are extremely friendly and always willing to help you with whatever you needed.

酒店地理位置好，離四海公園好近，飯後散下步好愜意，酒店工作人員服務態度都很好，特別感謝李經理幫忙將遺留物品寄回，下次還會再去！
