The hotel service is excellent. The first room I checked into has smoke smell even though it is a non-smoking room but the staff promptly changed the room for me, they even put a phone that I left behind to my new room.
The location is about 5 to 10min to Wanda Plaza, which has everything for everyone to kill time for families with kids aged 3 to 18 the whole day. Breakfast was good too, even during Easter Holiday, guests dining at the restaurant were many, the food was sufficient and seating arrangement was efficient. Staff at the breakfast were extremely polite and patient.
This is a good hotel with everything yoy need for a comfortable holiday. Highly recommended for families.

The service is quite excellent, the reception arranged a nice room to us n provide their sincere n best services to us. very appreciated n very comfortable in room. Breakfast is nice, have good food n drinks, more choices on coffee n different foods which are all nice, I will choose this hotel again in the coming times.

We really enjoyed our stay! Mr.Johnson was very friendly and helpful. He speaks very fluent English, and we didn’t have any communication issues. The breakfast was good, and the location was close enough to visit the nearby Wanda shopping mall. Definitely we will visit again. Special thanks to Mr. Johnson!
