The conditions were not good, the bedside lamp was broken, the room was dark and there was always a smell of cigarette smoke. The floor walkways are uneven under the carpet. Not recommended.

I can only give a negative review. We were dissatisfied from the moment we checked in. First of all, it took us about half an hour to check in (there were still people waiting behind us). I know it's a little more troublesome for foreigners to check in than for people from **************, but I've never waited so long. The front desk opened the wrong system, and then said that I had to fill out various forms, so I should write in English. The front desk clerk said that I should write in Chinese. I said you are a hotel. What should you do if I don't know Chinese? Then when we entered the room, it was old and unclean. Then the bed quilt was very thin and there was something wrong with the air conditioner. The air conditioner is turned off at any time, which makes the room not warm and makes you catch a cold. How dare you pay such a high price at night. This price of 100 yuan is not suitable for a night, let alone more than 300 yuan. Really, really bad. I only chose this hotel because there weren't many hotels for foreigners in Shijiazhuang, but I'll never come back again. It's really too bad. From the environment to the front desk, it's not worth their price.

房間夠大，乾淨利落！早餐品種很豐富，性價比高！地下停車場非常大，但是裏面沒有明確的指示牌，繞來揉去耗時十幾分鍾，才找到酒店電梯附近的車位！酒店位置優越交通方便，勒泰中心有許多餐廳，吃飯非常方便。

服務態度非常熱情，我們帶的孩子比較多，服務員真的是不厭其煩，熱情的滿足各項需求，房間乾淨整潔，周邊設施完善，五星推薦！

房間大很乾凈，早餐不錯可口舒服，來石出差經常住，市中心位置方便，前台服務很好。房間新裝修的設施設備全新，電視可以投屏。

每次去石家莊都會住這裏，非常好的酒店，設施、環境、服務水準都超出預期，房間設計非常合理，很寬敞，視野很好，關鍵服務人員很耐心，辦理入住時就贈送熱茶和熱水，房間也沒有異味，非常乾淨，有小冰箱和贈送的茶飲，安神茶非常好喝，服務人員走時還專門送了我很多，被感動到了，非常美好的入住體驗
