五洲前台小蘭服務不錯，衞生乾淨

Because I brought a child, I specifically noted that I wanted a room far from the elevator and near the elevator entrance. I went to the front desk to change it later. It was barely acceptable, but I was not very satisfied. The room was not equipped with a data cable, and the bedside phone could not be dialed out. Ctrip called the customer service number to ask the front desk if there was a type C data cable. They said that if there was, just knock on the door instead of ringing the doorbell, because the baby was asleep. But they still rang the doorbell and told me that there was no data cable! I checked the check-out before 3 o'clock, and went out to play during the day. At 1:17, they called to see that there was still luggage in my room and asked me if I wanted to extend my stay. If I checked out, it would be 2 o'clock. I was very surprised. Doesn't your hotel front desk know how to check the platform information? The room card was demagnetized when I returned to the hotel! The initial check-in experience was still acceptable, but the ending was outrageous. I will not come again.

Very good, good service, clean and hygienic. The whole hotel has a fragrant smell. I like it very much. The room was upgraded for free and small fruits were given. There is also a bathtub. There is a KFC downstairs

I stay in Shishi for a few days every year, and it’s okay!

Fruit is placed in the room every day. The room is quite big and the bed is very comfortable. Yuanyangchi Park is nearby and the surrounding environment is very good. But there are relatively few styles for breakfast, which is a bit disappointing.
