There was no hot water. I was offered Holiday Inn points, but am not a member. I would have preferred a discount on the bill.

Very clean; new condition; and the BEST staff! We (3 sisters) stay here at least once a year and we LOVE the convenience and the graciousness of the employees. Always clean; always just right!

Great location, convenient to the highway. The property is in great condition and the room was clean. Front desk staff was very professional and friendly.

Excellent we came for a wedding & it’s about 12-15 mins away from the home. Everything you need it’s literally a walk out to the many stores or quick drive. Very convenient & very nice. Highly recommend!

This hotel was all around amazing. Everything from when we got checked in to when we left was perfect. The staff here is super caring, we spoke with the front desk attendant and the breakfast chef. Everyone had such a positive attitude which made the stay even better. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The bathrooms used dove soap in larger containers which I found very nice. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options including both regular and turkey sausage. I would definitely stay here again!

Everyone was so nice at this property. When my husband and I checked in for the night, the front desk staff was so friendly and warm. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean. I specifically noticed during breakfast that the ladies that were staffing that area made it a point to speak and smile at everyone. Friendliness goes such a long way. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Short drive to downtown Greenville.
