It is not located nearby Brussels-Midi, but you can access it by bus for about 20 min. It was affordable, so I won’t complain about these; the lack of hand soap, a burned-out light bulb, and a small maggot.

The hotel is nice. The train station in Brussels MIDI is easy to access in about 20 minutes.  overall it was nice.

Overall, it was good for a budget hotel. Location not too far from Ruisbroek train station (commutable to Brussels). Girl at the reception was nice. Missed having a kettle at the room but I guess this goes with the place being a budget hotel. Overall, it was not bad (and a good deal for Brussels on a weekend).

The room is very small, the bathroom turned off the light and didn't come back on. The location is quite far from the center of Brussels.

The location is really not practical especially for a girl who comes home at night alone and therefore has to go through a small deserted street in the middle of nowhere. For the room it is clean, very minimalist, there is just what you need but no hair dryer. Maid service seems to be every day. On the other hand, the reception is not always available and welcoming, there is one who was very warm after always having to wait a long time. Bus station about 6 minutes on foot. It's a good address to compare with city hotels but in a good place 😛

Good morning, VERY very bad Experience with TRIP(TRIVAGO) Because impossible to cancel the reservation. I was not there. I phoned you, wrote to you, nothing. I called the hotel, they said it's up to you to cancel. Your teleoperators say the opposite. You cashed in while I wasn't there. Not possible to understand you. So, really, this is an ORGANIZED SCAM.

I booked a double room, the room is satisfactory, it has relatively everything one would need without more. The reception service is also satisfactory. Good quality/price, if you travel with a certain budget.

This property has bad staff and cannot accommodate disable person. I have neck surgery and my pillow was just 4 inches thick which was very uncomfortable to sleep. The manager manger totally refuses to give me another pillow. This property is bunkbed property which make supper hurting going up. I will never stay in ibis properties again ever.

I loved staying at this place. It was extremely quiet with excellent support from the friendly staff in a friendly neighborhood. We would definitely book here again when we visit Brussels.

It’s a tiny hotel about 20 minutes from Brussels central station. The rooms are small, but they're clean. It is convenient and for the prices of the hotels in Brussels, it is an economic and good option. We stayed two nights and were satisfied. The staff is kind and helpful.

Perfectly located near train station with direct access to Brussels Central station.

The property is great value. Close to transportation which makes it easy to arrive at city center.
