Clean, quiet, convenient and the environment is very comfortable. It is only fifteen minutes away from JR ,There are shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient for buying food and shopping.

The room looked much smaller than the picture, the room is quite dusty and not very clear. The air condition kept making sound, no staff on site to help. Not recommend for family trip.

Overall, this place is conviently located near a metro station. The room was clean when we checked in. Checking in tablet was a bit cumbersome and took longer than anticipated. The wait for the lift can be improved during checkout period. Still highly recommended for family of 6.

Pros:
1.big space and enough bed for big families. (2 adults and 3 kids)
2. password keylock for room and entrance. convinient, no need to bring key.
Cons.
1.I have been japan almost 15 times and 5 times to Osaka. This hotel is the dirtiest hotel i ever stayed. someone who stayed before me vomit on the bed and the hotel did not change.
2. location is quite "near" to every places, like train station.
3.facilities is aged and dust everywhere.
4.bathroom long hair and dirty mark every where when i first time enter it.

Our 1st trip to Japan!!…and son suggested this hotel apartment as it nearby to Shinsaibashi shopping street & Dotonbori.
There’s also a number of halal food within a 10/15 min walk from the apartment!!
Lawson is just a 2min walk awak and Family Mart & 7-11 a 7-10min walk away…take your pick!!
Only downside was the size of the room (altho it’s expected of apartments in Japan). There’s only a small table with one chair, so we can’t eat together at the same time (there was 3 of us).
Will definitely recommend this place to my friends!! (But I think it’s already popular with Singaporeans coz bumped into at least 3 groups of Singaporeans during our stay!!)

Overall it's okay, but you have to walk a while to go shopping. It's quiet here at night. No one will help you when you check in. You have to press call after entering and ask the staff to help open the door. We happened to meet someone staying at the hotel to help open the door.
*Exit 3 of Nagahoribashi Station (you can take the bus to Shinsaibashi without changing trains, and take the connection to the Nagahoribashi underground shopping mall) You can also find it using Google Maps~
1. First use the tablet to register and check in (enter all passport information by yourself, each guest needs it, and you also need to take a photo), and you will be given housing information and password later (be sure to take a photo, otherwise you will forget it)
2. All rooms are password locked (enter the password you took the picture of) to check in. WiFi is on the cover of the book on the table in the check-in room.
3. When checking out, you must also use the tablet you used when you checked in (you will need to take a group photo with all the guests)

I have been to Japan many times, and this was my first time booking a B&B. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't think it was very good at first, but after entering, I felt that the experience was improved. The check-in method was relatively simple, but on the third day, one of the bed boards was broken and we couldn't sleep on it. Since we were a group of 4 and booked a room for 6, it didn't affect our sleep. This was a bit disappointing, but everything else was pretty good!
