The St. Regis Goa Resort

Once again St Regis previously known as Leela Palace where I have been a returning guest for almost 15 years has exceeded all my expectations during my recent stay with them they certainly continue to provide the most luxurious relaxing rejuvenating stay I am already booking another 2 weeks in Month of July to celebrate my 54th birthday with them. Am super excited again to have St Regis in my diary to look forward to and am more than confident that I am going to have another super amazing stay with them. A Blessed stay I feel so lucky On this trip in April I stayed for 2 weeks during which time I experienced unparalleled level of customer service in particular from U***and and his amazing team at the ***or Club from the waiters to the sous chef to the Mocktails that were so refreshing and cooling as the sun was always smiling at us every day with an odd day where it rained for only a few hours which was most welcomed by me. The whole experience was super amazing prompt service attention to detail and the team were always checking on me to make sure that I was ok and if I needed anything this especially as a solo traveller this attention to detail was most welcomed by me. They treated me like family and having travelled the world and having stayed at ***y luxurious 5 star hotels St Regis previously Leela exceeds all your expectations I have not found another place in the world that is so beautiful as the St Regis its gardens the forest the sounds of Mother Nature the ocean and the crashing waves just enhance every aspect of a stay here it hold a very special and dear place in my heart and whenever I arrive I am always warmly welcomed with a cold drink a cold towel and a lot of courtesy. Unfortunately my mother passed away at the ripe old age of 89 recently so this trip was for relaxation rejuvenation and meditation and the hotel exceeded my expectations far and above and the hotel was aware of this and they just reassured me on arrival that if their was anything that would make my stay more comfortable and enjoyable they were at my service and so to hesitate to ask regardless of what it may be. The whole team at the hotel were at my service around the clock. I stayed in the pool villa suite and had access to the ***or club which is a luxury hotel within a hotel you could say. My butler Kunal was their 24/7 to attend to any requests and I had access to to him via what’s app which just made everything so much easier. From requesting anything I desire all that was needed was a message and they attended to my requests promptly and with our delay. The dinners at the ***ir were delicious and the ras malai desert all prepared by Joyiprakash their sous chef was mouth watering and his chefs working ***** side him always assured me that if I would like something make for me that was not in the menus they would be delighted to prepare for me. The breakfast lunch and dinners were always times which I enjoyed the most with their friendly warm welcome

The experience at the St Régis was fabulous. It's a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms overlooking the lagoon. The restaurant on the beach with feets in the sand is fantastic. The breakfast is the most extraordinary we've ever had. We were able to play tennis every day in very good condition. The golf course is magnificent. The staff is more than great, always attentive. Special thanks to Limivi and Sourav who are extraordinary people.

Another fabulous loyalty points stay at a Marriott Bonvoy brand favorite, the St Regis. This time in beautiful South Goa, India! Service: I.m.p.e.c.c.a.b.l.e. and incredibly generous! From airport pick-up to send off our every need was perfectly catered to. Our butlers Nungshilila and Shawn made our anniversary celebration second to none. The resort warned us of several minor obstacles (= potentially disastrous stay) ahead of our arrival and anticipated how to make our week here flawless nevertheless. From the unpacking/packing services to the private beach dome anniversary dinner to a spa redo when our experience was short of perfect, the staff at the St Regis Goa knows how to treat their guests like true VIPs. Dining: Indian food x seafood are Faust family favorites and the St Regis Goa did not disappoint on this front. We like it all extra spicy and they delivered. There are plenty of options for those who enjoy other international cuisines and flavor on the more mild side. We thoroughly enjoyed the extensive list of cocktails, ***y concocted with locally sourced ingredients. Famous St Regis traditions like Bloody Mary’s, here aptly named the Goan Mary and the nightly champagne saberings are always a special treat! Staying in a ***or suite/room means having an additional dining option at the delicious ***or restaurant. Shout out to all of the chefs, bartenders and servers with a special mention of Tejas who went out of his way to make several meals special. Beach: Pristine sand and waves for days… the main beach was only slightly crowded and we had the ***or beach and service all to ourselves for days on end due to it being low season. Note: it was pleasantly (not overly) hot with a steady ocean breeze so would recommend early May for the great off season pricing/points redemption as well. Warning… watch out for jellyfish but if you love soft sand, mild - medium waves, and warm surf this is your jam. Pools: All of the resort pools were perfectly well maintained, surrounded by ***icured gardens and close to restaurants for on de***d service. Room: Our room, the ***or Pool Suite, is not to be missed! With a sizeable and private (barely visible to passersby) plunge pool it was perfect for cooling down after a day at the beach and for our morning floating breakfast! 1 and 1/2 bathrooms always helps to keep the peace and separate bed, living, and dining room spaces gave us plenty of room to relax and work in comfort. She Said: My priorities when it comes to vacationing are 1. Service 2. Service and 3. Service and the St. Regis Goa did not disappoint. I am fortunate to travel to India for work 2x per year but it has now become a favorite vacation destination thanks to the wonderful people of the St Regis Goa!!! The resort is delightful, the lush green vegetation and the beach are a delight BUT it is the staff who make the place what it is. Every member of staff from check in, to F&B were superb. My butler Leela was a delight and looked after me well. I often travel solo and from time to time feel a little out of place eating alone in restaurants, not so at St Regis. I mainly ate at the beach restaurant and quickly found a “usual” spot and whenever I turned up as chilled glass of my usual white wine was on hand. There were a couple of room issues (which were no one’s fault), but all dealt with amazingly swiftly, resulting in an unexpected upgrade to a Suite. Food is great and the pool team (where I spent most of my time) were absolutely amazing, I cannot praise them enough. I’ll certainly be back.

Besssst best best resort. If you want to experience great hospitality service and five star experience, do visit. We celebrated our anniversary, and it was best experience we had. We were accompanied by Gulzar, butler *** who assisted us throughout the service. This is must visit place.

From the moment we arrived,we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The rooms are cozy and spacious and the complimentary breakfast spread was delicious,offering a variety of options. The resort grounds are stunning with lush gardens and breathtaking sea view. The dining options at Susegado was fabulous. The wonderful ambience,scrumptious food and best service by Jonathan, Charlton and Phalak made our stay enchanting and memorable. Would definitely love to come back!

Staff called sahil should behave with guest in good ***ners. When I was talking to on staff he suddenly start saying that pls don't talk to staff or our productivity goes down. Now I want to understand how a guest talking with staff will effect thier productivity. Very bad behavior by sahil
