Too bad breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. The light on the ground triggers every movement, a real hassle! Too bad the hotel is well located and the staff friendly

The hotel is very centrally located on Nisantasi, Taksim and Besiktas, but the hotel room was not clean, the towels were never changed, the same ones every time (just fold them up and put them back in the drawer) that's what they did every day! I don't even want to talk about the reception! It's really sad that the receptionist doesn't even greet you at a 5 star hotel.

Good location for shopping

Far from attractions (30 minutes by car about), over-expensive, lazy cleaning, cocktail is about 25$ (650 tl), during checkout they give you not yours bills.

the room prices are over rated, although we had been upgraded to a corner room, but on check in the bed cover, and sheets were dirty, the towels were verybold, the Aircodetioner was not cooling. Location is OK, The reception team were nice but over all the room rate is expensive for such level,

The hotel and especially the receptionist Mustafa The room is under electricity, it turns off and on, and the air conditioner does not work After communicating with them, they wanted to move me to another, smaller room, without taking into account my reservation Also, when I asked to store my late checkout, the employee replied that he was busy with another customer service It indicates his unprofessionalism Bad experience I do not recommend

Not all hotel staff speak E. The roof family’s room NOT of the stander of 5 stars hotel , Aircond.is poor and curtains of poor quality.House keepers never mob the floor during my stay more than 2 weeks! The family room in the basement NOT of the standard of 5 stars hotels Upon checking out the manager at the reception asked for extra 350 EUR , saying that prices getting higher although I paid for my stay a nonrefundable in advance! Finally he accepted to settle it with 200EUR Breakfast was average

I was there for more than week in room #1508 I had the worst experience in my life, not knowing the room I stayed for a week had bedbugs . I have red spots all over my legs, it has been over a week since I left the hotel my legs still be inchy and uncomfortable I hope they take care of that problem before having guests in that room.

The staff was very nice

So Dissapoinded, they didn't refund for both rooms, even I didn't stay 1 night, photos was not the same like real life even the hotel .....
