The hotel lots of Maintenace, bathroom sink has no hot water and it is falling of the wall, ceiling next to the air vent is blistered and braking off, baseboards are separating. Beautiful building and great location, but the maintenance is terrible.

The worst hotel I never went no room service staff was really bad actitud at the check in actitud at check out no room service the mattress was very nasty ect I’ll never stay at this hotel period. And I’m a manager of hospital and I know customer service and cleanness but in my 36 years old I never been to a hotel like this one.

upon arrival i was immediately greeted by a man asking for change. my room was dirty, including stains on the bathtub and toilet seat. there were clumps of hair in various places. also the hot water was at best luke warm. i do not recommend any one stay here. as a result i checked out early and they are now giving me a run around in an effort to delay or deny a request for refund for the days i did not stay. i do not recommend booking this location if you have family or children.

No heat, dirty pool, furniture very old and worn out. The staff does not speak good English.

First room was really bad room smelled of wet and moldy really bad. Caught a headache once I walked in. I checked out early because I didn’t like it at all. Still got charged the whole stay

Es el unico hotel en mi vida que me ha cobrado por estacionar mi carro en sus instalaciones. La forma de ingresar al estacionamiento es incomoda y obliga a usar un telefono que muestra poca higiene

Good for the price

The room is not clean and smell humidity too mich.

The front desk has the worse attitude. They make you check in at 3 nothing earlier customer courtesy.

Very convenient. Right off the metro rail station, and across the street from south Miami restaurants and bars.

This was advertised at booking with breakfast and parking included. No breakfast and they charge $10 for parking. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Floor peeling up in the bathroom. The whole property was in disrepair. If we had not prepaid we would not have stayed the second night.

This building should be condemned. No hot water. All night could hear the couple in the next room. Husband coughed ALL night. Shower had little to no pressure. EVERYTHING was dirty and run down. Bed squeaked when even putting purse on it!!! Staff not friendly, seemed to be put out checking in-out, paying for parking (all different staff personnel). Better off to sleep in your car!
