房間很新乾淨，格局大小也很合適，109電車特別方便，健身房也很好，無邊泳池孩子很喜歡，是個不錯的落腳點

Hotel was beautiful with amazing views of the CBD. Kristal was amazing and went above and beyond for us throughout the stay which made a huge difference and was extremely appreciated, so a special shout out to her!

There is a young male service staff. If you encounter him at the reception, the reception will be extremely bad. He has a little ruffian attitude, which seriously lowers the quality of the hotel.

The hotel has complete facilities and good services

The room was okay, the bath water was very small! I stayed in two rooms and the water was very small. There was no upgrade at the front desk, so that’s it! I expressed that I would stay for a week and could I get a room with a better view, but there were no rooms available. I hope it can be more humane next time.

This hotel is the best hotel I have stayed in in Australia for more than ten days. Except that I think its location is not very good, everything else is very good. For a person who has traveled for more than ten hours, it is really great. It's great, but the room is too small. Everything else is very complete, including toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. The 900 we stayed in is not bad hahaha. The parking fee is 20, which is a good deal.

It's still a bit far from the city center. There are no dining facilities nearby. You can eat at the hotel bar.

+: The premium double bed room with city view is beautiful and the amenities/facilities fantastic (beds were very comfortable, view was lovely, and the breakfast buffet bar had a wide selection of great options). -: The room service menu is very limited on Sundays and Mondays.

After the reservation was completed, the front desk gave me the room card. I opened it and saw a large bed and a sofa. I immediately called Ctrip and went to the front desk to complain why I was given only one of the 2 large beds I booked. The front desk said that the order showed only one plus a sofa bed. I He said the order was not like this and showed them the English order. They contacted the agent and then changed my room. This experience was very bad.

Stayed here over New Years and great location to walk to the events and home, safe area and staff and service were incredible. Highly recommend. Was able to drop off bags and room was even ready early with bags put in our room for us. Gym facilities were adequate for a good work out and clean. Fun evening activities in main lounge area with gin tasting and overall welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend and will go back.
