The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Convenient parking. Easy to find things to eat. Near the Diamond Market. There is a car service to the parking lot.

Good location, a little stuck, the parking lot is separated from the hotel, not very convenient, but there is 1 golf cart service. Rush hours (not in time in the morning). The hotel is clean, the room is spacious. The towel is a bit small. Have coffee to serve yourself 24 hours a day. Overall, satisfied.

Traveling is very convenient.

The hotel still doesn't look very old. The bathroom is ok, clean. Bath towels are quite old. The room is spacious but the parking lot is separated from the hotel. The rainy day was quite difficult, but it was still wet. The staff informed me that if I check out late it would be 100 baht per hour. When I arrived at the hotel it was quite late and I was very tired. Surat Thani at night doesn't have many riders like in Bangkok. The hotel kitchen was closed. Plus, when it rains, to go out and buy it yourself, you have to brave the rain and go out to the parking lot (rain eight, sun four).

The hotel is clean and tidy, the front desk can speak English, and the average room area is more than 30 square meters. Breakfast is a simple Thai meal with few options. There are many restaurants around to meet catering requirements.

Very comfortable.

It was a one night stay for us. Reception staff was very friendly and efficient, room was spacious, bright and well lit although it could use some deep cleaning (washing floors and headboard etc.) It is very well priced accommodation. Our only complain would be the breakfast which we found almost inedible. Hands down the worst food we had on our month long trip. Other than that it is a very good value for your money to stay short term.

Very friendly and competent staff. English is spoken at the reception. Large, very clean, well equipped room. Large shopping mall CENTRAL SURAT THANI within walking distance.

An excellent hotel opposite the Diamond Plaza Hotel. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good hot water shower and strong wifi. Breakfast is a choice of a lar carte menu and was delicious. They provide coffee and cookies all day. A very well laid out hotel which I highly recommend. The location was also good with some restaurants around. 7 Eleven and Lotus's is approximately 800 meters Staff are polite and they arranged a taxi to Surat Thani Airport at 400 THB. There was no safety deposit box in the room.(506)
