The first room we got the bathroom light went out at midnight, they switched us to a different room and in the next room the air wouldn't work. We were uncomfortable for 2 days due to maintenance issues.

We stay predominantly at wyndom hotels but this days in by wyndom in surprise was lousy. The breakfast was a brown bag, the tub had no plug, the people around the hotel parking lot wasn't the best. And the price, almost $200.00 for the night. We will not be staying at wyndom in Surprise again.

The hotel was just okay. For whatever reason the main halls and the room itself were dimly lit. The door often only opened after a couple to several tries despite having the correct key. The bed headboard to one of the beds looked like it needed to be reolaced; and the main light in the room had a bulb out. I wouldn't say it was poor; but it was far from excellent.

The property is in need of repair and updating. Much deferred maintenance. Outlets were so worn that they would not hold a plug. Safe did not function. Seemed like all it needed was a battery. Lamp shades torn abd discolored. Table top loose and wobbled. Bathroom light stopped working. Did report it and it was repaired. Asked for service on our second day and after being gone all day came back and had no service. Stayed 3 nights and should have checked out after the first. Carpet was so dirty I wouldn't walk around with bare feet.

Beds & pillows were comfortable. The grounds were very nice. Breakfast was on the skimpy side. Flooring needs to be replaced throughout, old and stained carpet. AC/Heat wall units were noisy. Rooms should have 2 garbage cans (not 1) and 4 towels (not 2). TV didn't work. Got moved to another room the next day, but right next to the exit door & was noisy. Some of the lower floor windows were cracked & screens bent. Understand there is new owners & will be working on fixing the place, which is needed.

This hotel is very clean and cozy. The area is quiet and peaceful and the staff is the most accommodating hotel staff. The manager and employees are the reason I will be back, they really are great customer service professionals

It felt really safe and quiet. The rooms have a lot of space and comfortable. Returning soon to the hotel.
