Good establishment. Service up to 3 stars. Unfortunately the soundproofing of the rooms is poor. We were really disturbed by other guests. We were bothered on several occasions by the smell of cigarettes.

We had an amazing time, literally just after arriving ar our Hotel. The District Hotel was very modern, spacious and nicely decorated! The staff were very attentive. I really lovely mini break. The only let down, was the construction work going on adjacent to the Hotel. I think a little word to customers would be most helpful.

Modern-looking hotel, close to the centre of St Julians, although the grey coloured theme running throughout the rooms reminded me more of a business traveller hotel. Nice sized room with lots of storage space, large shower with two different shower heads, decent enough toilet and washroom. Small balcony overlooking the main road into Paceville. Although travelling single, I had four beds in my room (one for each night :-). Complimentary coffee and kettle was a nice touch, as was the fridge for storing beer.

The hotel is near to dining areas and other facilities. However there is a lot of noise from the surrounding buildings. Access to the building is a bit dangerous especially when it rains and slippery.

Either it’s a new hotel with cheap Labour or it’s an older hotel and it’s showing its age (not quite saw). There was wallpaper coming off the walls, tape around some of the light switches, as though they hadn’t taken off the original packaging. Coffee or tea stain on the bed. We spoke to one of the cleaners and they said they’d change it, but they didn’t. Wasn’t just in the room either. You could see scratch marks on walls, cracks on the stairs as you walk into the hotel. Was also building works in buildings near by (which obviously not the hotels fault). So a little noisy at times. The hotel reception also charged us €10 for arriving 90minutes before check in time. However our room had already been cleaned, so it wasn’t like they had to rush around. It would have just been sat there not doing anything. Also no real information on local information, special no maps of the local area to help tourists. They had a few on Popeye tour and local bus tour (but that was it). There was a code keypad that you had to put into the enter the hotel. But it had the code printed above it. What’s the point of having it if anyone can just type the code in. Also about 3 times we had to go back to reception to get our room cards reactivated as they stopped working.

Hotel itself is nice room I was staying in was spacious and clean. The problem was building sites surrounding hotel. They starting work early and makes that construction site noise. And another inconvenience was parking hotel doesn’t have parking so it’s on street parking but if there’s no close space to the hotel do you have drive around the streets to look for space. But in general I enjoyed staying in a hotel

Just returned from a week at this hotel. The room was very clean and decorated in a modern style. Bathrooms were very good with excellent showers. Location was very good, close to beach, supermarket, shopping and ******. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially David who was a great help with our boarding passes. Would stay again.

Hello so I return from a full day out,to the hotel and could not access my room,key card wasn’t working I went to the receptions and I got told that I have to pay 120 euros for a damaged desk in the room,until I paid they wouldn’t let me in the room for a check, once I paid and entered the room I saw that the desk wasn’t damaged just had some gel on the desk witch I whipped off and the desk was clean without any damage done to it I have all photos to prove my words plus you can hear your neighbours next room using the toilet and being noisy all night paper thin walls terrible stay at the hotel would not recommend

The room was dirty. When I asked them to clean the bathroom (there was hair from the previous guests) they told me okay and nobody came. The hotel didn't have parking area. The breakfast had very specific things and no choices for vegan/vegetarian. Also there is no soundproofing and we were listening literally everything from the others room and the hallway.

Good facilites and services. Spacious and clean rooms. Close to Saint Julian the main bus stop, shoping center and the beach. Good and plenty full breakfast. It's located near different restaurants, pubs and bares, but there's noisy. The staff is very pleasant

ENG I don't know anything about this hotel but passing underneath, some boys threw water at us from the balcony, laughing, making videos of us [we are minors] and insulting us (for the hotel: I left some photos of the room, the one with the towels, day 14 July) MAL Saya tidak tahu apa-apa tentang hotel ini tetapi lewat di bawah, beberapa budak lelaki membaling air ke arah kami dari balkoni, ketawa, membuat video tentang kami [kami di bawah umur] dan menghina kami (untuk hotel: Saya meninggalkan beberapa gambar bilik atau yang bertuala, hari 14 Julai) ITA Non so nulla di questo hotel ma passando sotto, dei ragazzi ci hanno lanciato dell'acqua dal balcone, ridendo, facendoci dei filmati [siamo minorenni] e insultandoci (per l'hotel: ho lasciato delle foto della camera ovvero quella con gli asciugamani, giorno 14 luglio)

Really convenient location, however quite noisy due to the jetwash behind the hotel used by a local taxi firm - apparently they aren't to use it between 8pm and 7am, however it was still going on at 10pm one night....this is no fault of the hotel, but something to consider if you have a comfort (twin) room as these are all at the back of the hotel. Another issue that isn't strictly the hotel's fault is the springs that close the bedroom doors; they do so with a fair "whack" so less considerate guests allow them to slam shut, which echoes through the corridors at 1am-perhaps winding the tension on the closer or swapping to soft-close might eliminate the issue. Breakfast buffet could do with being hotter - it was barely lukewarm most days, however the selection was varied and tasty. The bedroom itself was clean and tidy, bed was comfy, the TV was great for live football, the mini fridge didn't work inside the cupboard it was located due to absence of airflow - reception told me I needed to pull it all the way out and it would work, I simply unplugged it as it was hot to the touch and has turned the cupboard into a heater. The shower was good, however it was leaking water at the base of the fitting; the patio door to the balcony had a faulty seal as there was a fair amount of water sloshing between the double glazed panes; there was inadequate/absent soundproofing between the bedrooms as I could hear my noisy neighbours talking on the middle of the night - couldn't quite make our what was being said, but the door-slam suggests nothing good. Pro: Location, friendly staff, comfy bed Con: Noise, maintenance issues
