Wow, thank you for making our anniversary so special. We had a lovely room 111 with even a bit of a sea view and the old lemon and olive Grove. Staff fantastic, even managed to get a sea swim in despite the weather. Breakfast plenty to choose from, fresh made omelette, meats, cheese, fruit, yog, rolls, croissants, juice, pancakes and syrup. Lovely sunset view for pre dinner drinks. Great location

WOW! We had room 410 with the most amazing views. The balcony was where we wanted to be! Hotel gorgeous, sundeck and bar below on the sea beautiful. Hotel very clean and so beautifully decorated. And the breakfast! Great food and service overlooking the sea. If I am ever lucky to get back to Sorrento, here is where you will find me. And the location being 10-minute walk from the main square was a welcome peace from the crowds.

I’ve been to this lovely hotel 4 times and I’m never disappointed, lovely friendly staff, great food ( Breakfast ), hotel is only 15 minutes walk to Sorrento centre. Use to do half board, which was great but now only do b&b, considering Sorrento restaurants are now too expensive half board would have saved us a fortune.

Just perfect! Thank you. Staff, ambience, food, and everything else. Perfect tranquility in the unapologetic authentic chaos of Sorrento. Such attentive service for my special birthday. And sunsets second to none. We loved it and we will be back.

We had a lovely four nights at this hotel. The staff are amazing, helpful and very friendly. Our room over looked Naples and was very clean. I have no complaints about the hotel at all and would definitely recommend this. There is a lift that takes you down to the beach club which is the perfect way to spend an afternoon and the sunset from the cocktail bar is amazing.

Our first time to Sorrento and this was the perfect place to spend 4 nights. A beautiful bouquet of white hydrangea and some pastries waited for us in our spacious room. The location is away from the crowd but an easy 10-12 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. The breakfast each morning on the deck with an amazing view was fantastic. We enjoyed one meal in the restaurant and it was great as well. Remember to make reservations. Our room with a walk out balcony provided a beautiful spot to watch the early morning fishermen and the watch the sunset at the end of the day. Our room was just above the “vie” in the sign. After a day trip to Capri, the ocean deck provided a peaceful place to take a nap. There is an elevator down to the deck. Friendly staff with smiles made our stay comfortable too.

Highly recommend this hotel! The pictures looked wonderful but the hotel exceeded our expectations all around. Absolutely gorgeous views from the terraces. We had a partial ocean view twin room. Worth it! Great location, away from town but a 10 minute walk to the center of town for lots of shopping and restaurants. The deck on the water is reached by an elevator and o my for hotel guests. They have a bar with food as well as towel service. Water was too cold for me but some brave folks got in. Really clear emerald water. Able to see fish and urchins. The breakfast was amazing. Optional to enjoy it on the terrace overlooking the bay. Eggs, bacon, salads, yogurt, various bread and pastry offerings, champagne , fresh fruit and of course coffee and juices. Would stay here again!! Note. A few people commented that it was dated. It may be a little bit but was very clean and the amenities were fantastic!

We stayed here after not being able to book our original hotel. OMG! what a lucky break for us. This may have been the most perfect hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel is exactly what it looks like on line, just beautiful, away from the center of town so its quitter, but you can get to to Piazza Tasso in 12 minute walk. The Blue bar and the terrace to have drinks and look out at Capri is beyond amazing. The pool, the sea deck with bar and swimming, the restaurant, the room service, front desk, on and on, just so perfect for a stay in an absolutely beautiful town on the Amalfi coast. On my list to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our view of the Gulf of Napoli was amazing. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good, and drinks in the bar afterward was fun. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town, so it is in a great location. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful hotel , wonderful staff and excellent location . Every detail was attended to in the most precise way , nothing was too much trouble for the whole staff. Fantastic views and exquisite gardens . Food was impeccable particularly the breakfast .

Amazing place. Staff as kind as you can find. Sorrento in Itself it s definitely worth a visit and staying at riviera makes it even more magic. Will definitely return as soon as i can and next time with my daughters since the hotel would be perfect even for family trips.

We just returned from spending our last five glorious days in Sorrento after traveling around Italy for weeks. This hotel was the icing on our wonderful vacation. The staff went out of their way to help you. The hotel was beautifully decorated and spotless. We had a standard room with a lovely balcony overlooking a garden with lemon trees. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked perfectly. The views from the breakfast room were fantastic. As was the breakfast buffet. The spread included anything and everything you could ever want. We had drinks on the deck every night. The hotel was situated away from downtown by a very easy 10-15 minute walk, which we did once or twice a day. Absolutely stunning hotel. We would return in a heartbeat.

This hotel lives up to its name! A beautiful hotel in Sorrento with a view of the Gulf of Naples. The staff were available to answer any and all questions and assist with whatever was needed. The concierge helped me book a private car to take us to the train station in Naples. We stayed only 2 nights. I would have liked to stay another 2 nights so as to do more sightseeing. Our room was nicely appointed with a balcony where we could see the gulf. The food was delicious. Unfortunately when we went there was a rain storm for a good portion of the day but it did clear up so we could walk around the town. The hotel is close enough to downtown to walk to various attractions. We did go out on an errand in the rain storm and they provided us with umbrellas. The hotel has a beach area far below which people used on the days we arrived and left. I’d stay there if we ever get back to Sorrento.

I loved this hotel. Art deco and the choice of a pool or the beach. Towels supplied and you can order drinks and charge them to your room. Staff are very professional and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing, I don’t think you could ask for more. The location is an easy 10/15 minute walk into the old town and even in the dark it felt very safe. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 as I am a female travelling solo and although the room was great and pretty safe it was at the back of the hotel near the road and the door opened on to a fire escape and would have easily been accessible, so I had to sleep with the door closed (I don’t like air con). I didn’t make an issue about the room but if I was returning I would definitely be more specific about the room location. The second thing was the light came in through the bedroom door which I find quite irritating. Maybe it could have been sealed better. Complimentary water in the room would be a nice touch as the bottled water in the mini bar had to be paid for. Finally I arrived around 10.30pm after a full day of travelling and although the bar stayed open until midnight there were no snacks available. The room location really was my major issue, but overall this is a fantastic hotel, location and experience 👏👏👏❤️
