Special thanks to the front desk manager and the front desk girl who were on night shift duty on the 16th of May. I was complaining about the air conditiin was not cool. The manage came to check. Then the front desk lady called me the first time to check me out. They offered me a change of room, which I did. Then she called me again to check me out when I moved to the second room. I respect the dedication.. Professionalism to the highest quality. Yes. The second still not cool enough for my standard... Pls do something about it. Location is great, breakfast is above average. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel! They made my stay in Tai’an extraordinary! The front desk staff are really nice and helpful (there’s a dude there named Vino who speaks good English and is more than happy to help! He’ll treat you like the king or queen that you are!) and the cleaning ladies are exceptional; they were always stocking my room with extra goodies! The view from the hotel was beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable! Oh, and the bathroom was EPIC. The pool is a little tiny and kids love to hang out there during the day, so if you’re an avid swimmer, make plans to go in the morning or evening. The gym is small too but it has everything you need!

This room is really amazing, parent-child room, two queen beds, two rooms, larger than the average apartment, and a bathtub. For us who have just climbed Mount Tai, taking a hot bath is really comfortable up. Service: The attitude of the front desk staff of the hotel is also very good. They gave gifts to the children when they checked in, and they also gave gifts when they checked out. One piece of fruit and two bottles of pure milk were given to the room, which is really considerate. Location: Not far from the hotel is Wanda Plaza (about 600 meters, a straight road away), which is very convenient for shopping and eating.

Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple. Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

The hotel is located near Nantianmen, and you can see the beautiful sunset from the Taohuayuan cableway at the door. The main building may have been painted recently and there was a faint paint smell in the hallway. There is no central air conditioning in the room, but there is an electric heater available. The bedding is okay and looks tidy. Bathing is not possible in the Taishan Scenic Area during the dry season. I already knew this when I made the reservation. Many people may still mind this. The store clerk reminded me repeatedly when calling in advance and when checking in. I just didn’t realize at the time that the flush toilet wouldn’t work either. I had to use a ladle to scoop up the water from the bucket next to me. The key is that there wasn’t much water in the bucket. What would I do if it ran out... The mountains are high and the roads are far away, and transportation is inconvenient. Thank you for your support. Understand it. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can order food. The price is a little more expensive than down the mountain, and there are not so many choices. But if you want to buy instant noodles with mineral water on the mountain, the price is doubled. It is good to have food and drink, and you also need a bicycle. The hotel has its own tour guide. It gathers at 5:40 in the morning and leaves at 5:50 to watch the sunrise at a niche place. The wind is strong in the morning and the temperature is low. It is recommended that everyone wear more clothes, hats and scarves. The hotel also has military coats. Available for rent. There are not too many people crowded together in the place where you can watch the sunrise, so it is very convenient to take pictures. We were lucky enough to have good weather conditions that day and saw the sunrise.

I was pleased with hotel services. The staff are well trained and their attitude is 5 star. We stayed 3 nights Jan.12-15 2023, I want to commend hotel management for coaching the staff to be customer-oriented, friendly and polite. Me and my family have enjoyed our stay.

Clean hotel as expected from Hampton. Only a buffet breakfast was available no other meals and there was no restaurant in the near vicinity. The hotel has a shop as again there was no shops in the area. Would expect a level of English for the reception staff as Hampton but they knew Chinese only. Internet was by access code and not by Room number and surname and was not informed so not convenient once in the room. The robot delivery service was efficient as ordering food in was essential.

I ordered an exquisite family room, there are two rooms, the door is a small room that can be used as a kitchen, and then a bedroom, as a two-person living space is large enough. It is said that the unit expert building was rebuilt. The service is also good, there are questions and answers, and solve them in time. The only downside is that the bathroom in the room I live in is easy to block. Easy parking; It is also convenient to find a restaurant to eat. There is a Longtan Road next to the hotel. There is a ”good Jia” canteen across the road. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided. The price of leeks and vegetables is the same. The price of the catty is sold (Breakfast is not) ～ I personally feel that the price is fair and the dishes taste good. It is also convenient to the attractions, about 2 kilometers from the temple, about 3 kilometers from the Red Gate mountaineering, you can take the bus or take a taxi. If you like hiking, you can walk directly to these attractions. Personally feel that this hotel is still relatively cost-effective, and it is a good choice for self-driving tours or self-service tours.
