Although the MRT station is some distance away, shopping is convenient nearby. The staff are polite and friendly, and the service is attentive.

I had several problems at this hotel during my stay: 1. They charge extra money for extra towels 2. They have no paper cups for coffee downstairs 3. They lock the hotel door after midnight and you have to wait on the receptionist to open the door for you 4. Their check out is at 11 not 12 and they enforce it 5. No coffee capsule in the room

近くのマッサージ店など探して予約してくれたり、大変親切だった。

スタッフは親切で特に問題はなかったです。 １点気になったのは、エコのプランで予約したのですが、予約時にはわからなかったのですが、シャンプーやボデーソープもなかったのにはちょっと戸惑いました。急遽、ワトソンズで調達し問題はありませんでしたが。

家族３人で3泊利用させていただきました。 中山駅から徒歩７分位で周りにはコンビニやレストランも沢山ありとても便利な場所でした。 フロントの方々も皆さん親切で日本語が上手な方もいらしてとても助かりました。 水回りも綺麗でお湯の出も良くて素晴らしかったのですが、帰国日に洗面所の下に置いてあるドライヤーを使おうとしたらドライヤーを入れてある箱の中が水たまりになっていて驚きました！排水管から水漏れしていたようで、たまたまドライヤー入れの箱がバケツがわりになったようで、部屋が水浸しにならずに助かりました。そのトラブルさえなければ、パーフェクトなホテルでした。とはいえ、フロントの方の対応が素晴らしかったので、お薦めできるホテルです。

ホテルスタッフ全員の対応がとても良く、日本語が通じるので安心感がある。また、部屋もとても綺麗で金額の割に高級感があった。（建物は古くて大きくは有りませんが内装は綺麗です）トイレもウォシュレットでアメニティ用品も良かった。日本のホテルとサービスは変わらないと思います。夜寝る時の服は準備する必要はあります。近隣は賑やかで歩いて行ける距離に夜市も有り、近くにバス停があるのでどこに行くにもバスを活用するととても便利です。台北駅までタクシーで120ドル位で着きました。次回も台湾に行く際には、宿泊先の第一候補として検討していきたい。

The hotel is not very big and seems to be in a rather old building. The elevator has a few stairs in front, so it's not accessible for wheelchairs. The rooms are very clean and in good condition. The only downside might be that there's no walk-in shower but only a bathtub with curtain. Room size is not very big but good by Taipei standards. Breakfast is served in a small restaurant room with limited choices. It wasn't a problem though as they always has enough choices for us and quality was very good. On the top floor (only accessible by stairs from the restaurant) they offer a small gym and a laundry room. It looks a bit improvised but works well. Detergent is sold at the reception. The main reason for the maximum rating though is the staff. They are all super nice, helpful and make you feel absolutely welcome. Reception staff always remember us and made sure everything is alright, and in the breakfast restaurant it rather felt like family. We absolutely loved it and are looking forward to staying in this hotel again.

Our family was very impressed by their employees, especially the front desk people. They were very friendly and helpful.
