Great business trip, checked out and decided to check back in for one more night instead of moving to their Orlando location as there's no way to duplicate the experience! I

The towels in the bathroom are old and thin, but they are still being used. In addition, according to the breakfast price of 29 US dollars per person, if two people dine for one breakfast, more than 100 US dollars will be deducted for two people. Is this a mistake? When checking out, the front desk did not take the initiative to issue a receipt. Because I needed a receipt when I picked up the car, I had to reissue it.

The first stop when arriving in this city is the hotel in the center of the airport. I watched the city's promotional video introducing this hotel. It is colorful and exciting. The airport is small and cute, the design is tasteful and beautiful. The hotel is directly connected to the airport, which is convenient. The lobby is simple. There are no tennis courts where we originally planned to play, the swimming pool is being repaired, and the water park is fenced off. The room has a sense of age. High-priced breakfast, not the buffet in the picture, super simple take-out breakfast. No water provided. Pictures and information are truly for reference only. The hotel's super high price is really too high.

Ate breakfast at the restaurant outside in back must’ve got food poisoning because I’ve been sick since I’ve got back it’s Ben 10 hours of nonstop 💩

Great. Everyone friendly, room nice, overlooked air conditioners which was disappointing but overall nice stay.

coffee maker in the room did not work. Did without coffee both days. :( but was given a small credit at check out. Food delicious! :)

Room incorrect. Then stuck beside elevator could not sleep. Service in restaurant awful.

I loved the location since we were going to a concert at the Amalie Arena. It was a quick walk over to the arena.

All the staff very friendly and helpful. Good choice of in house restaurants. Great location right on the riverwalk!

Dislike:Walls not thick enough to shield from boisterous conversations or noise. Like: Near destination

This is a great hotel that I would gladly stay at if I ever return to Tampa. This was my first time and it was very convenient to Hyde Park and Ybor City, as well as getting on and off highways when necessary. The staff is courteous and competent. The gym is really nice. The pool and pool deck were great too. I didn't have great weather while there so didn't use it hardly at all, but it seems like a great place to hang out

I enjoyed the property, however the rooms do not have enough drawer space for clothing, had to use nightstand drawer. Also, the hanger rod and shelf in closet was placed so low, 3ft🤔. The design team dropped the ball with the layout.The room was not functional. Alot of waisted space! There was a bench under mounted Tv, (Who is sitting under Tv🤔?)could have been a dresser drawer with a mirror.

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, friendly staff, delicious restaurants, nice rooms. They are committed to wellness with air purifiers and vitamin c showers. The river walk is such a wonderful place to walk. We plan to be back.
