Flew in for a funeral and they said my reservation was already used. Long story short I had to pay for another room.

Complimentary happy hour with drinks and appetizers - veggies, dip, cheese, crackers salsa and chips. Great breakfast. Free trolly stops at hotel.

For the price it was better than expected. Place was clean and the staff was very friendly. Great location that was close to everythin. Not a 5 star but I knew that going into it.

Great location and lots of beautiful walking areas outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in need of a face lift as the room had several broken or damaged items in it including major scratches on the wall and broken lamp shades. Had I not been present for the Florida bar and they not been sold out of rooms I would have asked to switch, especially given the cost of the room and the daily added fees outside of the 3rd party booking charge. Albeit I am not sure regarding the quality of the rooms- there are many hotel options in the same area, all in close walking distance, especially to the convention center.

Paid for bay view with tub. Was told there is no bay view rooms with tubs. Offered us smaller room overlooking street. We stayed with shower. Room was clean and overlooked Convention Center mostly, with partial view of River, not bay. Street below was noisy. We were on. 14th floor. Staff was kind but not sure we were told the truth about no tubs in bay view nexuses clearly that is what my booking said. It was very convenient to Amelie Arena. Met some nice people. Breakfast was fine and fresh . Pets are allowed so when dogs barked in main lobby, you could hear it all the way up to the highest floors. The lobby it’ll is open all the way up. We didn’t have time to go working the hotel. Parking was easy. Remember, you pay $40 a day to park which is crazy to me. Rooms are expensive but what isn’t anymore. Booked through ******* and they have us a credit for not having the tub we booked. We just wanted what we paid for, nothing more. Hotel did comp Our parking for the mess up but I would have much rather had the tub for my wife.

Staff for breakfast was rude. The entrance area is unsafe as people walking and cars driving up is extremely tight. Was stuck in Lane waiting for valet to move other vehicles.

It’s funny how little things can dramatically change your view. One of the most critical things in a hotel stay is trust. My overall experience destroyed that trust for me. Two things in particular. One - with my ‘do not disturb’ sign on my door, a cleaning person let themselves into my room = not cool. Two - after I departed I realized I had left a pair of Crocs sandals in my room (I could see them in my mind’s eye on the floor in my room). I immediately contacted the hotel and was referred to a crappy lost and found website… after several days they ‘haven’t been found’ = super not cool. Me thinks that they have found new ownership… My trust in the hotel and ‘service’ has been shattered notwithstanding that the hotel is otherwise fine. I shan’t return and I’m now negative to the Hilton brand.

We stayed here one night prior to our cruise and it was a really nice hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious.

My room was infested with Cockroaches! I spent three nights in the room before I realized they were living under the bed. When I made the hotel aware of it all they did was switch me to another room.

Add destination fee $25 per night!!!! Valet parking $45 per night!!! No information about this when I booked. Terrible customer service Bad quality of bedding/ pillows/matress . Totally not worth it

The guy who checked us in was rude and charged me twice for my stay. Still waiting for the pending to drop. Luckily I have additional funds to cover unnecessary charges, but I can only imagine the next guest that doesn’t. He wasn’t helpful and worse of he was a manager. The restaurant staff was nice. The breakfast crew was great and helpful. The bartender at happy hour was cheerful and a joy.

We had a trade show at the Convention Center. Not only was this hotel clean, spacious, and friendly staff, it is super convenient to the Convention Center via a walkway. Taste Restaurant inside the hotel was also fantastic with great food and wonderful service. Full breakfast and happy hour in the hotel lobby were also an added bonus.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to Amalie arena and right near the bay. Has a free cocktail hour in the evenings and the free breakfast buffet is the nicest I have ever had. We will definitely be back soon!

Great hotel to stay for a WWE event at Amelie- was basically next door. Free full breakfast and 90 minute open bar in early evening were nice extras.
