Everyone working at the hotel was extremely friendly and thoughtful. I felt very safe and welcomed to stay here. Very impressed with the staff.

Convenient clean nice staff. Room 201 is directly above the electrical room and must be avoided at all costs. I was relocated with no fuss

This hotel was immaculately clean. Weather was terrible on i80 so hotel was fully booked for the night yet it was so quiet at night. I had the best nights sleep ive ever had in a hotel. Lady on check in desk was so helpful in helping me order take out to hotel late at night when lots of places said they werent delivering due to the snow.

Always stay when working in the area. Easy on and off in and out. Play a good breakfast. Leave a tip :).

Nice newer hotel for an overnight along the road. Clean, comfortable rooms and a filling breakfast.

We stayed overnight as we passed through the area. The check-in and checkout process was quick and simple. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice selection of breakfast items and the woman working the breakfast area was very nice and did a great job keeping up. Sits up on a hill away from the main road. The only complaint I have is thay the walls appeared very thin. The people on the one side of us were loud and we could hear every word of their conversation. We could also hear them walking around and moving stuff in their room. Other than that, overall the hotel was very nice.

Loved our stay, everything was awesome! Room was CLEAN and SPACIOUS! Definitely the BEST hotel we've stayed at in our 28 yrs of traveling the Continental United States.

Came her since best westwrn was full. When the cleaning people come on the floor which is early if your DMD is on the door they don't come at all!! Even if you take it down by the time they get to your door. People put it on at night. That's unacceptable. During breakfast they were out of coffee and when asked for more I was just shrugged off. Not very friendly or accommodating. Going to make sure to book bear western to not come back here again.

Everything was great cleanest hotel I’ve been in the only negative which is big we did not have hot water for showers. The water in the shower was lukewarm.

Really a great place with nice breakfast - everything is great about this location.
