Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While there were some positive aspects, such as the convenient location and not that friendly staff, the dirty condition of our room was a major letdown. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed the presence of mold and dust on the air duct. This not only made the environment feel unclean but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene of the room. It was disheartening to see such neglect in maintaining cleanliness standards. These issues greatly impacted our stay, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied throughout. It's crucial for a hotel to prioritize the wellbeing and satisfaction of its guests, and unfortunately, this was not the case during our visit. In hindsight, I wish I had addressed these concerns with the management or staff during our stay. Their response or attempts to rectify the situation would have been valuable insights to include in this review. Nevertheless, it's important for others to be aware of the cleanliness issues we encountered. Moving forward, I would suggest that the hotel focuses on regular maintenance and improving their cleanliness standards. This would greatly enhance the overall experience for future guests.
