Great

The hotel is very well located, just few steps from the Medina, and it has a lovely view of the port. The hotel is renovated and the room was ver spacious and comfortable with good amenities such as different tables to place the luggage, spacious closet and a little desk. The bathroom was a bit old, and some things were a bit broken, like the trash can and the shower handle. I found a stain in the bed sheets and in one of the towels. But over all it was pretty good. The food was really good and the breakfast had a lot of delicious options. The service and attention from the Hotel staff was great! Always with a smile, speaking various languages and very helpful I would definitely recommend the place and will come back for sure!

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are relatively large, and the restaurant dishes are delicious. The hotel can proactively contact the travel agency according to the guests' needs to satisfy tourists' wishes for a day trip to Chefchaouen!

Great property and in a perfect location. Just outside the chaos of the Medina but very central. Good breakfast, comfortable mattresses, good soundproofing. The only flaw is the shower that tends to flood the bathroom. Very large room and well organized spaces. Excellent hotel restaurant. Room service available at all times

A lovely hotel, centrally located in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast staff were helpful and kind. It was a pleasure to meet Reduan at the front desk, so enthusiastic about his city with wonderful suggestions. My room had a beautiful view of the sea. Would definitely stay again!

Positives…the hotel is in a great position, close to city centre and old town. The reception area and main area of hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The man on reception on afternoon/evenings was very helpful and kind. All other staff rude, unhelpful and hard to find. My room… don’t know where to start. Balancing door did not lock. We reported to reception but no one ever came to fix it. I found it unnerving to sleep with it unlocked. Our bathroom door was stuck wide open (looked like due to swelling from the shower leaking) so had no privacy which isn’t great when sharing A room. No phone, WiFi terrible and mini bar was empty. Pool area was full of children mucking about but no adults supervision so we couldn’t go in pool. When we did venture in the next day it was dirty and full of clumps of hair. Don’t think about trying to get a drink here. Painfully slow and bad service from All except a lovely lady who appeared around tea time on our first night. Breakfast was okay but food stale and cold. Staff in breakfast rude and lazy. We were told we would have to pay extra to have water to drink with our breakfast.

The rooms were pretty decent and clean, but there was no air conditioning. In fact, the heat was blasting at 25c when we got in. There were noises and echos from the road all night long, and the bed pillows were very thin and lumpy. Our room faced the road so the view was less than stellar, but apparently some of the other rooms had a nice view. The buffet dinner was quite good, with a good variety of food and it was fresh when we arrived. The hotel was walking distance from a variety of shops and the pier.

Spent one night there. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be this beautiful and cozy. The rooms are comfy and very clean. As for the location, it's great for people who like to walk. Was a bit disappointed by the breakfast buffet, I was expecting more options. It was tasty tho. Would 100% recommend this hotel !

Returned here for my second stay, and it was better than the first. I did try to contact reception before my stay asking if I could get a non-smoking room this time, sent 3 messages via the app, no reply, sent an email direct to the hotel, no reply, finally after sending 2 messages via whatsapp someone eventually replied. Room was non-smoking and nicer, it had a heater/AC unit but I could only get it to blow hot air. There is a small fridge which I assume is when they used to have a mini bar in the room but now they only have the empty fridge but it is handy for keeping your drinks in if you are staying for more than one night. The water in the bath/shower wasnt hot enough, it was luke warm. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food, pastries, cakes, cereal, bread, salad, juices, coffee machine, toaster oven. Wifi worked in the rooms and outside the rooms but not in reception or the lounge area, so in order to book my taxi on my app I had to go to the first floor and book it. Location was excellent, a 5 minutes walk to Grand Socco

A great 5 night stay in a deluxe triple room, amazing views over the sea. Beds very comfortable and cleaned daily. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices. staff friendly, helpful and welcoming with a special thank you to Redouan. Tangier in Ramadan was special. would recommend the hop on hop off bus from the Port. Cap Spartel was worth a visit, walk along the beaches to the Caves of Hercules and pick the bus up again there. A great trip!

This hotel is a bit older and in need of some updates but we were given a suite with a view of the ocean and staff was great so the fact that it needs updating did not bother us that much. We were here as part of a group tour which included breakfast and dinner. Both meals were ok - would have liked some more Moroccan food for dinner over what seemed like standard buffet fare….

Stayed two night at this hotel with friends. Location is great close to downtown and water. spectacular view from the room we had. rooms were clean, modern. Bed , mattress and pillows were comfortable and clean. Breakfast and dinner was average and nothing really significant to mention.
