Run far away from this place. Hotel canceled my reservation the day I arrived to Venice. Who does that? There is zero real time communication, it’s all done over email and takes about 24 hours for a response back. But they only ask you questions and never respond to your questions. If you want a cheaper place to stay that has great service. Fantastic rooms, breakfast and views. And can book a walk in for 4 people go with hotel Ca’ Noble Corner. Just don’t stay here.

The hotel was nice and clean, but the shower was really small and hard to take a good shower in. The hotel has no front desk- all communication done through text and response was good for any questions we had. There is no lift and sadly we were on the top floor, so hauling luggage up 8 flights for an older man was not easy. The search showed that breakfast was included, but I guess you have to click somewhere and then pay which I thought was confusing- the site should state breakfast available at an extra charge. Weird thing was our room had a mosquito problem- We killed probably 20 mosquitos in the 2 nights we were there and left with many stings that made us itchy- so in my opinion, not the stray one or two that got in. Location was great and if you are planning on visiting Venice for the first time as I was doing, be prepared to walk a lot, up and down stairs, over bridges and such. So if convenience is paramount due to age or ability, look for accommodations closer to the train or bus station.

Initially our first impression was great that this hotel was very nice but soon after that faded. The bathroom smelled extremely awful worse than sewer water! The cleaning staff was very rude. Whoever was responding on ******* wasn’t clear about how to pay taxes since the links they sent didn’t work. Finally they said to pay with cleaning lady so we did and she yelled NO, NO, NO! Like we were children, when tried to pay for the taxes with a card. I gave her cash then she didn’t have change so I had to overpay not by choice. Will not recommend this place to friends or family and will not consider this hotel again.

Very beautiful accomodation in the center of Venice with helpful people that work there.

Teresa made the difference as in service, great! For future guest, I recommend to research as we were not giving the "heads up" about certain laws that have to fo with A/C. Overall, who doest love the idea of Venice.

Very convenient hotel. Good location for main sights but outside the busy areas. Lady who did breakfast and cleaned room very friendly.

Property location is a Diamond. However - I do think that if the room is marketed for a family - Better storage options should be considered especially in the bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location with a couple of really yummy restaurants right outside the door and a little grocery store as well. The rooms were spacious, super clean, and well air conditioned. I would definitely come back here again!

The Hotel was very very clean , Comfortable bed to sleep on , The rooms are cleaned to a very high standard every day , Teresa is a very friendly person and will help you with any questions you may or may not have , The Hotel has a good location for you to explore Venice when you want , Also the owner of the hotel was very helpful to talk to and will point you in the right direction , My wife and I have really enjoyed our time here

Shower was a bit small and no shelves to place your shampoo/conditioner. No frills and no person on site.

The room was very clean, and the hotel has gone through major renovation, yet maintaining its original facade and historic nature. The balconies were particularly pleasant opportunities for a relaxing start to the day. There is no front staff, but I could get quick responses through texting, and the codes were sent for checking in on time.

My friend and I travelled North of Italy and Venice was our last stop. It was unfortunate that Grifoni Boutique was our least favourite stay. We weren't comfortable and were looking forward to returning home. The good thing was, we were only in Venice for two days and maximized our time exploring that we were only in our room to sleep and shower. Pros: - Right across the grocery store. We stocked up on fruits and water - Away from the tourist crowds but within walking distance to the main attraction. If you haven't been to Venice before, the streets are always congested and we preferred a quieter area. Cons: - Not comfortable! Our room was very humid and we didn't have control of the a/c. We visited in the spring and keep in mind, it will get hotter if you're visiting in the summer. The bathroom was very moist and you can see the condensation on the walls. - We were spoiled from our other stays and had cleaned towels everyday. Grifoni only provided one towel per person the entire stay. Since the ventilation in our unit was poor, we were drying ourselves in a damp towel. - The bed was very springy and pillows are flat - You can hear everything. We can hear every step from the person staying above us and their conversations. - Since there is no front desk, I contacted staff by WhatsApp. We asked if there was an iron in our rooms. As well, we inquired how to book a porter to take us to the train station. They took two days to respond - after we checked out.

Perfect accomodation. Good breakfast.

The booking process was a little unusual. Had to reach out to get the correct link to an online form, which was later sent through WhatsApp. I also had to pay the city tax through a site, and this could have been due to my check in date and time being Sunday at midnight. I was given a form with pictures and directions on how to arrive but Maps was able to direct us as well (we compared both) the code to enter the building and then enter the room was very easy.
