Avoid at all cost! Staff- especially receptionist and Polish guy- Mariusz- sooo rude!!! Room very tired, pool cold, not accepting Mariachis...I actually wanted to check out before my end day... Really? There are ants walking everywhere, shower from which you flood a toilet, no support for disabled, real disaster!!! I never leave a bad review, but honestly...? This place is a joke!

Very clean comfortable beds and sofa modern lovely host went at Chris**as they put on shows round pool.it was cleaned daily inside and out the only thing we did not like was the paint colour needed toning down to make it more modern it's a sickly bright green god knows who chose that awful colour. Could also do with a few arcade machines instead of having to go into town for something to do like a ****** no idea why 2 stars definitely worth more than that rating.i will be going again

Spent 10 days here, alone, over Chris**as. Just went to rest. Long walk every day and sunbathing and reading during day. Clean, friendly staff, lovely pool and live music. Fabulous. Hope to return soon. Weather was amazing which added to the experience.

2nd time we have stayed here this year. As with the last time, if you are looking for a 5* luxury apar**ent it is NOT for you. but in a quiet area, pool and bar (who do a limited food menu). TBH the place needs money spending on it, but it wont stop us returning

Unfortunately not a very comfortable stay The appt was poorly equipped and no on site place to eat as restaurant was permanently closed We had a few issues which took days to be rectified as receptionist did not speak English so did not report our issues aat the time Very basic needs serious updating

If this was supposed to be a 4* property I’d give it a zero star rating, but for the price it really worked well. Quiet area, pool and bar on site 5 minutes from the airport. It is a bit tired, but doesn’t affect the stay. I’ll be back for less than £30 per night!
