Alojo en el hotel desde 2018 por trabajo, y hasta el día de hoy presenta graves fallas estructurales y de servicios que hacen de la estadía una experiencia incómoda. Específicamente, el servicio de internet y televisión que ofrecen y publicitan no funciona y la administración del hotel se niega constantemente a mejorar el servicio. Esto se refleja en la imposibilidad de navegar en internet, en la descarga y subida de información a la nube, estática en los canales de televisión y la imposibilidad de usar las aplicaciones de la Smart TV. El suministro de agua se ve interrumpido y mermado continuamente en distintos horarios, el agua caliente es aún más irregular que el agua fría, los desagües expelen un desagradable olor constantemente y el estacionamiento no cumple con el estandar mínimo de seguridad, espacio e infraestructura. El personal en general tiene buena disposición y entregan una buena atención.
