Great place to stay!

Clean room and pleasant employees. Good location. Would use again.

Здравствуйте. Проживал в этом отеле на протяжении 6 дней. Отель расположен за пределами города Техачапи рядом с железной дорогой. Отсюда два недостатка: первое - вся инфраструктура располагается в городе; и 2 - поезда слышно довольно хорошо. В памятке при заселении указано, что уборка номера и замена постельного белья и полотенец осуществляется каждые 3 дня. На практике - пока не попросил об этом никто убираться не пришел. Да и уборка была посредственной... гель для душа, который у меня закончился, никто так и не обновил... Спасибо.

We booked a room for 5 (large suite). They refused to bring a cot to the room, said we needed to get another room if we wanted more space. My daughter had to sleep on the floor. I had to beg for an extra blanket and pillow for her (they made it seem like it was huge favor despite the confirmed 5 guests and aggravation). I spoke with manager who simply reiterated she couldn’t do much to help me. Hotel was pretty much empty - not like they were too busy to help. Won’t be staying here again.

Very clean room. No clock but I could have the desk do a wake-up call. Check-in was very pleasant and quick.

The room was clean and in good condition. When we went to use the bathroom the next morning at 6:30 AM there was no hot water at the sink or in the shower. We contacted by hotel phone the front desk and they were ambivalent as to the situation. Later we were at the front desk and the clerk stated that no other guests had reported this issue. The clerk also noted that the maintenance crew would not be available until after 9:30 AM. Needless to say the clerk did not offer us an opportunity to use another room to shower. It was not a good experience.

Dated bathrooms with long black hair in the tub. Beds were ok, really quiet. TV too small. Overpriced for what I received.

The check in process was easy and the clerk was helpful. I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of my room... there was a big cabinet below the TV with mirrors on it that obviously hadn't been cleaned in ages. The TV remote and the channel card were also dirty. There was an old ring on the nightstand from a cold cup that wasn't clean so the nightstand obviously hadn't been cleaned either. The bed and bathroom seemed okay so I didn't make a fuss and went to sleep. In the morning i went to check out (it was around 5am) and the clerk was nowhere to be seen. I called out, "hello?" multiple times and knocked on the counter, eventually knocked on the window next to counter and continued to call out with no response. After nearly 10 minutes I finally decided to go behind the counter and just keep knocking on the open door that said employees only and called out many times. I eventually heard a thud and then nothing. I knocked more and called out and heard a mumbled voice say something, i don't know what, so i went back to the counter and a minute or two later the young clerk with disheveled hair who had been sleeping or something finally emerged and checked me out of my room. I won't be staying here again.

Mia was super helpful and accommodating! I was tired from driving too long and a storm had rolled in. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Easy "on-off" freeway access. Its a relatively new hotel. There's an Indian restaurant next door, which is convenient. Room is clean. Four pillows on the very comfortable bed. Breakfast from 6-9. Will definitely stay again!

For the money it was fine, however, it was next to the freeway and train tracks. We heard the train on and off throughout the night.

Low price for Tehachapi, clean, TV wifi, modern electric locks, and close to freeway. But room was unheated upon entry--in January, with outdoor temp at freezing. It took hours for room and bedding to warm up. The bathroom was still cold the following morning. Not good.

The table between the beds is filthy, the bathroom door is dirty, lights switches are dirty, tv doesn’t work for most channels - says no signal. The coffee maker has mold in it. I was actually shocked because I’ve stayed here before and was pleased with my room so much I came back.

The noise of trucks woke me up. I came to find out that there was a truck station around the area. Hearing their noise when you are trying to sleep is very annoying. I booked this place because I had to work the following day and wanted to take a break from driving for an hour and a half because I live far from my job. I was disappointed because I couldn't sleep due to the truck noise and had to go to work in the morning, leaving me exhausted. I do not recommend this place if you want to get a good night's rest. On the positive side, the price was reasonable, and they allowed dogs.
