1. It is very convenient to come from the airport or train station. Tel Aviv has three railway stations, and the nearest railway station to the hotel is Tel Aviv Ha'Hagana Station. After getting out of the station, take a bus across the road, four stops and walk for three minutes. Of course, you can also take the bus 445 directly from the airport, but there is only one bus at one stop. It takes about 10 minutes by train from the airport to Tel Aviv Ha'Hagana Station. 2. It is about 25 minutes walk from the hotel to Jaffa Old City, about 20 minutes by the sea, and 15 minutes from Neve Tzedek community (there are many cafes, restaurants and galleries). We go in winter, if you want to enjoy the beach, it is best to choose a hotel by the sea. Mainly concentrated on the beach a little north. There are many buses around to reach all the attractions. 3. The room is small and the club room we booked is not large. But you can see beautiful sea and city views, and the sunset is beautiful. The Club Room has access to the Executive Lounge, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, and offers light drinks throughout the day. The room does not provide toothbrushes, electric kettles, toiletries are L'Occitane, and the taste is very good. 4. Breakfast is provided in the hotel's bar, so many seats are not very comfortable and richer than our hotel in Jerusalem, but the variety should be complete. All in all, it is a qualified comfortable hotel, such as the domestic all season Atour, not a star hotel.

Room is medium size. Nicely decorated. I think we had the room that is presented on their website. The beds are very comfortable. Even the coach was very comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is big with a large shower cabin. The linen and towels were white and soft. The mini bar it is quite small. There are not many places to store you things except to leave them in the open. The air conditioner was working very well. We were welcomed in the room with a bottle of sparkling wine on ice. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced on daily basis. Breakfast was from 7.30-10.30, and it was very good with a lot of salads, salmon, omelette, cakes and fruits. The coffee and tea were served at the table from the bar. You just indicate what you need. The juice was made on the spot with a machine from fresh squeezed oranges. It was a mixture between French cuisine and oriental one. The elevator works very well. The staff from the reception was very helpful- they can give you beach towels, they can arrange the transfer to the airport- 3 people with 3 suite cases-190 NIS in cash. We need ice for an injured foot and they helped us with a bag of ice when we asked for. The beech is 1.5 km if you are walking and you are always passing thorough Carmel Market that is fill with all the good things to eat. But you have another option - behind the hotel, across AM-PM supermarket is the bus station for bus no 4, that can take you to all the beaches across Tel Aviv. Make sure you have the electronic wallet to be purchased in advance. One ride is 5.5 NIS. We did not like the fact that the iron windows were not properly closed and you could hear all the noise from outside. The lack of a drying rack for the swimming suit.

New restaurant - all the elements to become a really great restaurant - only opened a week or so and finding their feet - wine list still to be printed Food was top notch on a par with other top kosher dairy restaurants in Tel Aviv - flavours really came out in the food and dishes were well composed by a chef who really understands food. Novel ideas like Fish Cigars with a curry sauce, excellent Tuna Tataki (portion was quite small), great cheese ravioli with each ravioli filled with different cheese, great fish - sushi which we did not order looked amazing with the chef’s own slant. Only one desert - an amazing millefeuille - with crime brûlée style filling - a work of genius. Still work in progress - good now - but it is going to be great

What this place fails to mention, is that some of the rooms are located in the rear of a restaurant which you have to walk through to get to the rooms. They also seemed to forget to mention that the restaurant is loud. Extremely loud. I mean...VERY loud, with extremely loud music playing until 0100 in the morning. Mixed reaction from the staff when I talked to them about how difficult it is to sleep with a loud restaurant right outside my door. One young lady was very apologetic and tried to find me a different room, but there weren't any. Another young lady was quite rude, informing me that the description on Expedia indicated it was a ”restaurant” room. Actually, Expedia does indicate that certain rooms are ”restaurant” rooms, but there is no description as to what this actually means. There is nothing to indicate that the rooms are 10 feet away from one of the loudest restaurants in Tel Aviv, and play music into the wee hours of the morning. How is a traveler who is unfamiliar with the property supposed to know what ”restaurant room” means? Additionally, many of the restaurant staff consistently left their scooters in the hallway and in the shared restroom of the hotel area. One of the hotel staff told me that ”they're not supposed to do that”, nevertheless every day I had to climb over a scooter to leave the room and to use the bathroom.

can not thank the owner and staff enough for our weeks stay in this wonderful, cool and ideally located hotel. The room and bed was excellent, the décor elegant, the location absolutely the best in Tel Aviv. The owner is a true gentleman and from the first till the last was welcoming and helpful and made this feel like home. I recommend this hotel with all my heart and we are already planning to return in march.

6th hotel that I have stayed in when visiting Tel Aviv and by far the best. Great hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Pre-check in saved a lot of time. Fantastic breakfast, with lots of choice and very fresh. Free local wine & snacks a nice touch. Central location so easy to get to places. Although room smaller than others I’ve stayed in when visiting Tel Aviv, very clean, with everything you need & very comfortable bed and pillows. Rooftop terrace, outdoor sitting areas and nice lounge area, meant little time was spent in my room, so room size not an issue. For a solo traveler a great hotel as very friendly and relaxing hotel with a personal touch. Will book again when I travel to Israel.

We spent 3 nights here. The location of the hotel was quite arranged - around a lot of shops, cafes. In principle, you can walk to any point of the city. Of course, if you expect beach rest, that is not the optimal option! There is no breakfast in the hotel, but it is easy to find the right options nearby. The room is a bit tight, there is no dressing locker, even putting the suitcase is a problem. And here is a comfortable bed, a normal shower, water pressure is good. The shelves, however, are tiny. ) The air conditioner worked well. But there were interruptions with the WI-FI. No noise. The view from the window is unusual! You could have enjoyed a cat brigade walking around the next roof. Staff is very welcome, always ready to help. Communicated in English and even in Russian. Especially conquered us by her address, a charming girl named Lizzy. It seemed that the hotel was more designed for young people traveling easily with a backpack. The feeling was compounded by the presence of a variety of design ”chips” clearly designed for non-tired travelers. In general, the impression remained positive!
