Was really surprised with the area. It was in a really nice location there is a market place 10 minutes away with so much to do it was really clean, the room almost looked like it had never been used as some appliances still had wrapping on them. Would choose this hotel again. Checkin was fast, employee even showed us the best way to get to our concert venue and reminded us about the free breakfast.

Our room was perfect. We booked a king bed and all the amenities were included. There is a parking garage next to the hotel as well.

The staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating.
Check in/out was efficient/quick.
Our room (kitchen suite) was clean and quiet.
Breakfast was good.

Clean, close to ASU campus, huge TV and nice amenities. Breakfast buffet in morning was nice with plenty of seating. Rooftop bar and pool is nice feature but unfortunately my visit was too busy to use it this time. Would definitely stay here again!

My issue was my room smelled like mildew and as if water leaked somewhere. For a new facility, it should not hsve smelled like that. I informed the front desk and he said there were no rooms available to move me.

Nice new modern hotel with a great price. Nothing much around the hotel, no restaurants or coffee shops anywhere. Good buffet in the AM. Pool was itsy bitsy, so small. Patio furniture was a bit weathered and uncomfortable
