Good, mostly well maintained hotel. Enough staff, everything on time. Light switches are modern and very useful. Good WiFi. Water pressure not stable and shower needs to be repaired. We will be back to this Hotel.

The new hotel has better hardware and a good surrounding environment. There is a park 300 meters to the right of the hotel, which is very comfortable for morning jogging. There is a monkey mountain inside, where people and animals live in harmony. The hotel is relatively high-end in the local area, and there are weddings held by newlyweds. The breakfast buffet is a bit basic, it would be better if it was richer. There is no swimming pool or gym.

There are a lot of people in Thailand. I made two reservations at this hotel. I told the front desk the next morning, and the front desk handled it for me. Unexpectedly, the front desk gave my room to someone else at night, which made it very embarrassing. . The hotel is great for its cost-effectiveness. If you are not particularly picky, you can choose. No problem.

I cycled here from Phuket. Booked the hotel as it seemed to be the main one in the area. Had both dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Everything was great, would recommend if you need to stay in this area.

The surrounding view is beautiful. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast, Khanom Jeen Namya, is very delicious.

We stayed at the hotel at the end of December 2024. Excellent hotel, with a very convenient location. Large parking. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff service. Spacious rooms. We lived on the 5th floor and got a room with a good view. New, clean. Bathroom with shower and directly with bath. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. The food is varied, for every taste: eggs, omelettes, noodles, soups, vegetables, herbs, fruits, sausages and much more. I find this hotel one of the best in this location! Suitable for transit when traveling to other provinces, or for staying here longer if you want to stay in Phang Nga. Definitely recommend!

I stayed here for a business trip, but it was nice as it was the cleanest around here. However, I was a little disappointed while showering because there was no warm hot water.
