Moldy linen with lint on top sheets. Unfortunate sleep experience by being itchy all night. Ok in terms of one night stay : more like an OYO type stay I would say!

Vihang's Inn is an average three star hotel in Thane. The location is not great either. However, their staff are very helpful and prompt in their service. The room is satisfactory and food reasonably good.

Staff did not seems to be hotel management guys. It was informed visitors are not allowed subsequently. Manner to tone while speaking was rude. They did not have extra blankets in case of damage (wet by kids) to blankets. The house keeping was slow.

No. Cooperative staff, ask for early checkout, ask for extra money for late checkouts, poor service and food quality

Ac sound to much horrible check out time is to earlier not considered in exisiginansy poor service highway sound to much recommended to not to stay for overnight

The room was clean and nit and we had a pleasant experience. The food was delicious and we liked it.

Basic hotel, rooms are dated. Need an over haul of interiors to make it better. The room we had was facing the highway and there is no sound proofing. So highway traffic noise came thru. Also there is a undersized blind on a window which means the light comes through from the sides. Poorly made.

The guy at the reception was arrogant, he dis respected my wife when she requested for 30mins late check out. We checked in at 9pm and was too tired hence requested for 30mins grace but he was too rude and arrogant. Never ever going to stay at this pathetic property nor going to recommend anyone. Probably this hotel is for couples and not for family.

Hotel is not as per the rating & terif and building show-off, window airconditins are old and rooms are comparatively small, breakfast too is not upto the mark

No hot water, ac is not proper. Staff behaviour is rude. Wastage of money. Very expensive. Had a very bad experience.
