Fillippo is the most helpful host. Tivoli is a small town in Italy and he knows everyone. He gave great restaurant suggestions and we felt that he looked out for us. Please remember to email or phone him a day or two in advance of your arrival to tell him when you expect to be there and he will respond with parking suggestions and will be there to greet you when you arrive at the pensione. Pack light, there are stairs and no lift.

My best experience in a bed and breakfast, first Filipe called me to give me directions to make sure I don’t get lost, he also recommended the restaurant The morning he took us to a cafe for breakfast to make sure we don’t get lost, what a host, I have never seen that before It is a very charming place, few minutes from Villa d’Este, you must not miss that one To me, I will say go there without hesitation, you won’t regret, most charming and welcoming place ever

We where on a 12 day coast to coast Italian trip with 6 stays in various cities. This stary was the highlight! Philipo was AMAZING! He helps carry bags through the square, road with us to get the car parked, made dinner reservations that was the highlight of any meal in ital and much more. His place was amazing as well. We clean, looked brand new and so much more. If you will stay in Tivoli, this is the only place that you should consider.

We had a 2-night stay here as we were attending a wedding closeby. The location was great, walkable distance to all good restaurants & sites.
The host is an amazing guy, Fillipo ensured our stay was comfortable, even though we had excluded breakfast, he took us to the nearby cafe & offered us some coffee & pastries on both days!
The room met our requirements, it was clean, powerful air conditioning, safety deposit box, extra rugs & pillows if needed. The rooftop can be accessed at any time, beautiful views of the town and it's well kept.
We would totally recommend staying here for a short stay to explore Tivoli!

We loved our stay at the Regina. The location is perfect!! Filippo could not have been a better host. The property was spotless and comfortable. The rooftop was an added bonus. He gave us wonderful lunch and dinner recommendations and even joined us for a beer in the piazza out in front of the Inn. I look forward to staying there again when I visit beautiful Tivoli.

Filippo has tremendous pride for his property, and it shows the second you arrive. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. The location is superb. And the recommendations were top notch. Filippo also made it extremely easy for us to get help should we need anything.
