We did a one nighter staycation! hung around the pool all day, ate at the patio restaurant, that had excellent service and food. Room was fine, balcony was a definite perk, only problem was a tree a little to the left of our balcony....someone had thrown something into the tree, it actually looked like underwear! So we just kind of didn't look that way. Maybe we should have told someone lol, but then what, some poor employee has to take a ladder to a tree to retrieve underwear?? Wasn't going to be us who called. We also hung out later in the evening at the in-door pool. Its awesome the ceiling. A must see! Anyway, all was great. We would stay there again for sure, with the hope someone got that underwear down from the balconies view haha. It's a great hotel.

I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.

Hotel was really great. The whole hotel seems to have been recently renovated and the rooms are big and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful and were always happy to help! The included breakfast is way ahead of most hotels for a complimentary breakfast. Hot food and a good selection. The location is perfect, less than 10 minutes from the subway and next to a streetcar stop. Hotel is almost in the heart of downtown so it's easy to come and go as you want during the day. I recommend this place and would definitely like to go back again!

Location is good. just 2-3 mins walk to College Station. Breakfast is nice at the restaurant in lobby floor. It’s also easy to find restaurants in Yonge Street, just 6-15 mins walk to North or South or take TTC to other place. You could book a Niagara Falls & pick-up at the hotel.

What a fantastic hotel. Front desk guy was wonderful and if you need to have your clothes washed for a fee they will do that and I am great full for them doing that for me. The room is the right size for me and I am 6 ft 2. I use to do Hotel Management and I miss doing that and I am also a Chef. It would be nice to have a coffee Maker in the room would be a nice touch. I also had mention that they can get a plug with USB built in from Amazon as so many people use USB to charge phones. Also for the shower they can get for the wall the shampoo and conditioner for guests. If the hotel is going to hire in the future I sure would like to be working in the hotel. Needless to say, W Hotel is a modern hotel popular among young people. The service is good and thoughtful, and the pattern and atmosphere of high-end atmosphere are exuded everywhere. The facilities in the room are very modern, and the restaurant is even more high-end. It’s not like a buffet where a group of people eat in a dark place. Instead, it feels like a high-end restaurant. I thought I went wrong, so I went to the front desk to ask again to confirm that it’s really here. for breakfast

The location is in the center of Downtow, which is first-class and convenient. Opposite is the Royal Museum, Ceramics Museum, etc. It is worth visiting. There are 2 supermarkets, TIM coffee, and McDonald's on the left and right of the hotel. About 200 meters to the left is Luxury Street, LV, and Van Cleef & Arpels. There are all kinds of treasures, so you can just walk around and browse. It is really a surprise. The hotel has a classic style, there are not many people, there are no tour groups, and it is not noisy. I like it. There is no buffet for breakfast, it's a la carte, which is pretty good. I particularly like the large amount of hot water in the bathroom. The sound of the air conditioner is a bit embarrassing. The lights in the room are a bit dim, but the space is large enough and you can vaguely see the luxury of the past. The front desk service attitude is very friendly. All in all, it's very cost-effective. Will continue to choose to stay.

Service was excellent. Facilities was excellent Food was fresh and enjoyable. Noisy streets at night. No notepads at the phone in the rooms. Beds were very comfortable.

In general, the hotel was quite nice. Just if there were a hand shower head it would be perfect. Plus I would expect complimentary water.
