Our third time here and still the best value in Treasurer Island. Clean, nice free breakfast and a quick check in. Close to great restaurants and the beach across the street. Had a marina view.

I reserved a gulf view which was more expensive than a standard room. When I checked in the front desk said Trip.com booked a standard room and they didn’t have any gulf view rooms left. So they told me to contact Trip.com for refund on room.

Everything was great except the last day housekeeping came into clean and took what toilet paper we had, didn't replace any, and asked the desk 4 times, never got any....

The customer service was great. One thing that wasnt to great was the elevator wasnt working due to renovation (understandable) & 2nd was our key cards were constantly not working so we needed to go to front desk & get them re- swiped like 6 times which was a bit irritating. Also, paper thin walls!! Other than that the location was great, had a nice stay.

Great: Loved the marina rooms. Beach was conveniently close across the street. Waffle House next door was great - staff very nice. Outdoor pool and hot tub were pristine and housekeeping cleaned very well. Not so great: 1. I was not aware of the $15/day parking fee until check in. Did not remember seeing it mentioned on ******* when I booked. 2. Young (teens/20s) housekeeper who spoke Spanish was fairly rude to us after we spoke Spanish to her to request something. We only spoke Spanish to her because the other housekeeper did not understand English and gave us the wrong item initially. We did our best to remedy the communication problem but got rudeness in return.

The hotel was clean and in good walking distance to the beach and area entertainment/restaurants. The rooftop bar was nice, but way over priced. The hotel overcharged me and added in extra taxes from the original price and refused to explain the extra cost or reimburse. Then they charged me an additional $107.00 for not turning my room keys in, which I did and explained to them the exact time and front desk employee I had turned them in to.

Check in guy was very nice as was MOST of the front desk staff. One front desk gal had an excuse for everything. Location was perfect. Room had everything we needed but had an odor when we arrived. Had to buy some fabreze. Elevator was out the whole week we were there so we had to haul our things up to the 2nd floor. Cleaning staff was not friendly at all. Wouldn't even speak when we said hello to them.

We were not as impressed this 2nd time at this property. The breakfast is no linger available and the elevator was out of order the the entire week. We were on the 3rd floor, staff offered no assistance. This elderly couple had to lug their 4 bags up to floors. However the next day Amanda came to our aid, had us moved to the ground level and assisted with our bags. She saved the day and our holiday.

The hotel was clean and in good shape. The only thing I found wrong were several dogs that were barking and the elevator was broken.

Nice view of bayside and close to walk to beach. The area has beautiful views and within walking distance of restaurants. There was a birthday party in the upstairs area so they weren’t serving dinner but the staff was very friendly and helpful with telling us about other places to eat.

TOWING-- AINT PLAYING-PUT PARKING PASS VISIBLE ON DASH. They go by Parking Pass, not Car plate. Paid for 3 nights parking, drove car, forgot to put Pass back on dash.

For the price this was a nice place to stay. We had a gulf view room with a small balcony which was great for watching the beautiful sunsets. If you are looking for high end accommodations this place is not for you but if you’re looking for a decent affordable place to stay this is a great option. The only complaint was the elevator was out of service for our whole stay.

I feel like the cleaning staff avoided my room until last hoping I didn’t want them to clean it because I was there for almost 2weeks. No I didn’t need it cleaned everyday but on the days I did, I would be gone for 5 hours and come back and not cleaned. Otherwise I liked the property.

I did like the overall experience for the price. Since you're asking for dislikes...pool towels were too small. Add more hanging hooks in room for bath towels to dry and reuse.
