The hotel is conveniently located right beside the BOK center. It is gated nicely and you will have to pay $10 for parking on site. They have parking on the first level but also have a garage that can be tricky to see at first. They do allow food delivery such as door dash, Uber eats etc which is nice. Our room was nice and clean and very spacious. We were always greeted upon entry in a nice friendly manner and they were always ready to answer any questions we may have. Overall we enjoyed our trip and do recommend this hotel to others.

The parking was a little hard to figure out in the dark and we had a hard time gaining access to the property from lower level door.. after hours the door wouldnt open... my husband and i are both handicap. Luckly anotger guest was there and opened the door from inside for us. The bed was nice and comfortable.. water pressure was amazing

We stayed here for a weekend for a volleyball tournament at the Cox Center. Getting into the parking lot was slightly confusing. The parking is gated ($15/day) and plenty of lighting. We reserved the 2 queen beds suite that was supposed to have a sleeper sofa (no sleeper sofa). The suite was clean, but is set up with SO much wasted space. If you need to bring an air mattress, there's PLENTY of room for a large one. The A/C wouldn't work the first night so we didn't sleep well. It got up to 80 degrees. We asked for maintenance the next morning and they fixed it. No microwave in room, even though there's enough room for a full kitchen. Staff was helpful and friendly. Cox Center was less than 5min walk.

There was a long line to check in. The registration area is very cramped. The hotel is outdated. Very limited microwave breakfast not included in the stay. The price was much more than other hotels in better condition. It is very convenient to the BOK. Parking was tough if you have a large vehicle/truck.

Headboards looked like a slasher movie. Curtains and floors were dirty. No running water in the sink. No phone. Unhelpful and rude front desk staff.

My room was nice and clean... unfortunately the heating/ac unit was very loud when it turned on, and interrupted my sleep

Better than other Aloft properties than I’ve stayed at. Convenient to downtown and is across the street from the court house.

It was just somewhere for us to sleep after having a night out, but the wall are paper thin and we could hear doors closing and people talking throughout the night and morning. They did not have a vending machine, but had a small area where you could purchase a few items from a small selection.

Booked due to being walking distance to the BOK. Upon check in someone on another floor had the elevators held so we took the stairs instead of waiting on staff to go to each floor and see where it was held up (eyeroll) also the shower has a frosted window to the bedroom and housekeeping forgot to wash off the body prints (forehead lips etc) from the guests before. BUT the bed/pillow were SO COMFORTABLE. Not sure if I’d book again for the price.

Service and location downtown was excellent. Access was challenging to get into the parking lot and figure out where the front desk was. Would not recommend eating breakfast there. The quality of food is not close to the price paid. There are many great places around Tulsa to get breakfast or food.

The area around the hotel is stark and not appealing. The room was nice but the lobby had a funny smell. The picture on the internet is not what the exterior looked like at all. The building needs to be updated.

Although they were in the middle of a remodel, the hotel was clean and the staff very friendly.

The Aloft in Downtown Tulsa was great for our large party. We had several families at the hotel and not one complaint. We had a 2 queen suit and it slept 6. All 6 of us stayed comfortably and there was lots of room in our room. The downstairs front desk staff were nice and very helpful. The bar general manager was amazing. One night was super busy and she handled it so well.

Old and dingy hotel, very strange shower, not really possible to use it, faucet is mounted on long wall and points out towards the rest of the bathroom. Bathroom floods every time you use shower no matter how hard you try to keep water in. Tons of chippy paint, sheets had some stains on them and carpet was well worn. Felt more like a motel 6, than $300/night downtown hotel.

Room was 87 when we got there, even with AC running the whole time it never got below 81. Was miserable.
