We had a very brief stay here but all of the members of the staff were polite and helpful. It had everything we needed

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size. I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops. Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.

В 3-х мин. От жд. вокзала. Приятная атмосфера в лобби и номере. Европейский завтрак. Внимательный персонал, всегда поможет. Центр глрлда через дорогу.

Hotel molto confortevole

真的非常好，物超所值！雖然設施有點舊，但是在意大利也正常，房間裏超級乾淨，位置離火車站很近，走路大概兩分鐘就到了，工作人員態度也很好。下次如果來還住。 Very good. It is very clean and tidy, although the equipment is a little bit old, which is acceptable. It is near the train station. It took us only about 2 min to walk there. The staff are very friendly. I will choose to stay at the same hotel if I go to Turin again in the future.

Lovely characterful hotel with a warm welcome. Room was comfortable and clean with a nice outlook and enticing you’d need. Breakfast included and very good with plenty of choice. It’s not modern but it has bucket loads of character. And is great value.

Very comfortable, simple and extremely well located in the centre of the city. It is no more than 4 minutes walk to the main entrance into Porta Nuova station. This hotel was the perfect place for our one-night stop-over in Turin. There are plenty of restaurants very close, one of them run by the hotel itself. Recommended.

You get what you pay for, this is true of this quite cheep hotel, simple but clean, close to airport bus station and train station. Check that the ac is working before booking, in parts of the year it may be very warm in Turin.

Personale gentile ma hotel non soddisfa con servizi Camere familiari non comode bisognerebbe rinnovare tutto camere e buffet per la colazione

Siamo passati qui per la seconda volta dopo lo scorso anno. Situato in ottima posizione vicino alla stazione. Ci siamo trovati ugualmente bene. Personale gentile e camera di buone dimensioni. Ottimo il bagno con la finestra. Un consiglio che mi sento di dare è di usufruire del frigo bar in camera. Trovarlo almeno con dell'acqua di cortesia può tornare utile al viaggiatore.

Hotel 2 mondi. Pagamento 200 euro senza stornare tassa di soggiorno del mio compagno di Torino. Una notte. Listino Prezzi non affisso nella hall, ma su un foglio a fotocopia A4 illegibile e coperto da monitor ad uso del personale di servizio. Colazione di scarsa freschezza e alcuni prodotti non disponibili, nonostante aver fatto colazione alle 7 del mattino. Camera trasandata, una lampadina fulminata per un comodino. Frigo bar spento e vuoto. Doccia non efficente a pieno.

L’accoglienza, il personale e la camera tutto positivo, unica nota dolente si è verificata la notte. L’hotel è centralissimo a pochi minuti dalla stazione porta nuova e dal centro, museo egizio ecc. La sera quando siamo andati a dormire sentivamo gente litigare e urlare, non so magari l’effetto del sabato sera. Per il resto tutto positivo, la camera grande e spaziosa, il bagno enorme, la vista dal balcone stupenda.
