Very very happy with our stay. All the staff were brilliant at the reception to the restaurant. So impressed!!

It was a good place to stay in great area

A NIGH**ARE NEVER AGAIN, because the room 703 received is unusable: 1 - the toilet flush jams - water flows non-stop and causes noise. 2 - the toilet door does not close because it is locked. 3 - the air conditioning is damaged - the fan runs at maximum speed regardless of the settings (causing terrible noise). I made a complaint at the reception asking for a room change or repair of the damage. The receptionist and the engineer on duty tried to fix the reported problems, to no avail. The air conditioning cannot be repaired, the hotel does not have a spare room for replacement, the hotel refused to purchase a room free from defects in another neighboring hotel. The receptionist called the manager in my presence and promised to repair all the damage on the next day and to refund the cost of my stay to TRIP.com. In this situation, after 11 p.m., I had to spend a noisy, sleepless night in a room unsuitable for use. The next day I was deceived once again, I was exchanged for another room (it turned out to be also with damaged air conditioning) and I was refused compensation for 2 sleepless nights due to the noise of the air conditioning and other problems.. When I moved out, I asked for my $200 deposit back. I was refused and told that it would be returned to my account the next day. As a result, after 10 days, no refund to my deposit card = $200 I am forced to file a complaint with the Bank because I requested an invoice with the final settlement which indicates the need to return the blocked deposit. Please avoid this hotel and save yourself the trouble.

Very clean hotel, comfortable rooms with good breakfast

The hotel has an unbeatable location on Collins Ave a few steps from Lincoln Rd and Española Way, plenty of bar and restaurant options within walking distance. It is not in front of the beach but they have a beach area that is a 5 minute walk, includes a lounge chair and towels. The pool is very beautiful but in the afternoon it does not shine and the water is cold. Excellent cleaning. As for the service, there was not a single person to help with the suitcases considering that the 2 elevators in the front were out of order and you had to climb about 4 steps to go to the elevators that do work, a bit annoying but in general the hotel It is very beautiful and for the location it is totally worth it.

Abit dissepointed that we diden't get an room upgrade as we notist thet they had available rooms due to my gold membership.

The hotel is very beautiful I just think my room wasn’t as advertised. It didn’t look or feel thoroughly clean. The shower adjuster was falling off the wall.

There was no bus transportation or own service for transporting. It should’ve been more amenties for the deposit price. Like why couldn’t we pay using our deposit?

We notice i soonest we did the check in our ac room wasnt workin well We let them know the issue They did come and try yo fix it But contunie with the same problem Until we check out room was hot between 79 and 80 degres most of the time very very hot:(

Great location can walk to most places. Staff very friendly and helpful. Could use some upgrades.

The Berkeley Shore Hotel is a hidden gem. Mor moderately priced than the surrounding hotels, it is clean, modern, pretty inside and staff that is courteous and helpful. What a great find!

It was just ok. Not what I was expecting for 4 star hotel but it’s main Miami Beach so I guess it is what it is
