The Gigi Pool is one of the most beautiful hotel pools I have experienced, with a fantastic atmosphere, attentive service, and a stunning beachfront setting. The location is also ideal, offering direct beach access while being close to everything South Beach has to offer. The rooms are elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and every detail throughout the property reflects a true luxury experience. Delano Miami Beach has made an incredible return, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami."

"It's located next to the Marriott Royal Palm Hotel, making it a prime location. It's not far from the shopping district, and a short walk to the Italian food street. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The lobby isn't grand, but it's quite unique, with numerous palm trees adorning the entrance driveway. There's also a palm-lined staircase leading down to the pool, giving it a very Miami-style feel. If your budget allows, I recommend booking a room with a balcony facing the ocean; it's truly worth the trip."

The hotel is a restaurant/Lunch the music starts from 16:30 to 23:30 between two you have the room placed next to the ventilation room. My room is the WORST ANGELICA Do not book this room, you expect all the service of the restaurant the plates without counting the noise from next door. The GAIA room the air conditioning is placed on the ceiling above the bed and you will receive the air conditioning in the face. The deposit is $300 and not $200. There is no reception if you have a problem count on yourself and the restaurant manager. Without decision-making power, he is the only one who can see the owner. THE NOISE IS HORRIBLE. I AM FAR TOO DISAPPOINTED TO RECOMMEND. Si vous venez pour faire la fête vous êtes au bon endroit. L’hôtel est comme sur les photos, jolie mais ma chambre très mal nettoyé, le filtre est rempli de poussière, le restes à constater vous-même. EN FAMILLE JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS DU TOUT. NE VENEZ PAS SI VOUS COMPTEZ VOUS REPOSEZ, IL N’Y PAS DE PAIX ICI. La musique autour commence à 7h. L’hôtel est un restaurant/Lunch la musique commence de 16:30 à 23:30 entres deux vous avez la chambre placé à côté de la pièce d’aération. Ma chambre est la PIRE ANGELICA Ne réservez pas cette chambre, vous attendez tout le service du restaurant les assiettes sans compter le bruit d’à côté. La chambre GAIA la climatisation est placée au plafond au dessus du lit et vous recevrez la climatisation en plein visage. La caution est de 300$ et non 200$. Il n’y pas de réception si vous avez un problème comptez sur vous-même et le gérant du restaurant. Sans pouvoir de décision il est le seul à pouvoir constater le propriétaire. LE BRUIT EST HORRIBLE. JE SUIS BEAUCOUP TROP DÉÇUE POUR RECOMMANDER."

"Terrible! The worst nobu I've ever seen! Nobu in other cities and countries are obviously very good! This one is simply garbage! Don't stay, don't stay, don't stay! All facilities are shared with Eden Rock Hotel! The lobby is shared with Eden Rock! But the price is much more expensive than it! The most outrageous thing is that the water will be cut off in the middle of the night! ! ! ! The resort hotel went back to the room with sand all over my body and went to bed without taking a shower! There was no apology, greeting or compensation! The private beach is also shared with Eden Rock! I have already paid the beach usage fee, but there are still a lot of fees when I arrived at the beach! I drank two coconuts with my friends and ended up swiping my card for more than $90 for two coconuts! I gave myself a high tip without notifying the customers! As a result, there was not even a straw in the coconut! I checked my credit card a few days later and found that a lot of money had been deducted by this crappy hotel!"

"I do not recommend this hotel. When checking in it seemed like all the employees were more interested in there talking with each other then actually helping customers. I also arrived around 10 am and my room was not ready until 4pm. Other hotels I have stayed in have called housekeeping and let them know the customer was here and could they clean the room first. The elevators were not working all weekend. All the staff there are not helpful at all."
