Parveen the manager was very helpful and accommodating with my complex schedule due to work. The staff members are very kind and respectful.

My experience at this location has been great. The manager Praveen was very kind and addressed any concern I may have had. I will visit again.

like a home away from home with mini kitchen, good sized fridge. I did not cook, so not sure if the stove and microwave works. there seems not to have rack to hang my hand or bath towels. Toilet should have a separate switch for light and fan. Fan was rather loud. Should be able to off then fan if is not needed.

You have to go to the concierge for utensils shampoo & conditioners. Which needs to be stocked when you have a suite with a kitchen. Breakfast was a JOKE.

Not so good. Refrigerator was so loud, food crumbs in dresser drawer, no shampoo was offered. Hair in shower. Room wasn’t clean.

Our stay was good. I would just like to see some staff to be more friendly and more accommodating. Free breakfast was not that i was expecting. Room was just right but needs more fresh smell. Kitchen utensils, plates and pan should be in place and need not be requested. Place is close to everything.

Bartender focus more on people that spend money then someone walking in off th steet

At checking in I asked the gentleman at the desk what was the latest time to check out he said 12:00. The following morning a lady came banging at my door it was about 10:40 she then proceeded to open the door and yelled for us to get out because it was passed out check out time, I told her the gentleman has said 12 noon she yelled NO that’s not correct check out is now! I told her I would get up and get ready to leave. I did not see her face or catch her name as I was still in bed. I let the lady at the desk know about the incident at check out she said she would tell the gentleman not to be saying check out was at12 I asked her if his done it before she smiled and said yes it’s not the first time. As for the rude lady that opened my door and yelled at me, she could have confronted the situation in a more professional and a lower tone of voice and not by screaming to get out.

The cleanliness was not up to the mark, there was a strong smell of **** everywhere, amenities were ok overall the stay was ok

Had to wait a couple minutes for a staff member to go to the front desk around 8pm. While checking in I see a sign that says ask for shampoo so I did and he stated there’s shampoo in the room. When I get to the room no shampoo. Already asleep past 10pm and the front desk calls 2 times, (I didn’t answer the first time) to ask how was my check in. Another strike. My son woke up in the morning to find a cockroach in the bathroom. Safe to say I will never book a room here again.

I would have expected the room to be stocked with kitchen items, dish soap, etc however we needed to go to the front desk to get anything we needed. They wouldn’t drop anything off at our room. Kids in room above us ran and jumped in the middle of the night. Heavy pot smell throughout the night. Air conditioner made terrible noise every time it started or stopped. The area in general did not feel safe although it was convenient. Worried our car would be broken into. Did the job but not a great experience.

No wifi, and according to the front desk, they do not have anyone doing pool maintenance so we were unable to use the pool

We had a king bed and it was comfortable. Everything is in walking distance.
