Nice hotel with super convenient location

The breakfast selection is really 100 points. It is a very cost-effective hotel in Uto Rural Area.

The room is clean and there is a convenience store right in front of the building.

The room is quite big, with complete daily necessities, good service, rich breakfast variety, very satisfied

The Richmond Hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, so I always stay there when I'm on a business trip. I plan to stay there again next time.

From the lobby to the room, everything was well-cleaned, and I was able to check in and out comfortably! The room was simply designed, so I didn't have to worry about anything strange, and I think it's perfect for a break during your trip. The polite service from the receptionist was also nice, and the fact that you can check out using an automatic payment machine is a nice feature in this day and age. The lighting of the shopping street about a 15-minute walk away is beautiful, and it seems to be held every year from December to January, so I definitely recommend you go and check it out!

Nice hotel in this location. Room is little more spacious than few other hotels in the same location. Staffs were friendly. Room was clean and well maintained. Bed gives an excellent sleep. Breakfast option is good in the restaurant located within the hotel premises. Located within 5 mins walk from Utsunomiya station and to nearby eateries and restaurants.
