The staff was extremely friendly. It was a raining day. In case to get wet, he told me to park at their hall way and take the luggage in. I can either leave the car key to the front desk or park the car in the parking lot. It's so sweet of the staff. I do love their service so far. Later on, when I got into the room, I found out that I booked a smoking room, the wrong room type of what I needed. I am allergic to the smoking room. I asked the staff to help out. He went to the manager and my room was swapped to "301". So Awesome!! I was upgraded to a huge family room with 2 big beds and a big long sofa. I believe that was their last non-smoking room since that was a Saturday night. Thank you so so much. I do appreciate that. The hotel is across from the JP station. It is so convenient to get almost everything. What a wonderful experience to stay at Uwajima Terminal Hotel!! Thanks a million!!

Facilities: The hotel software is very good, which somewhat makes up for the shortcomings of its hardware... The twin room is quite large and has a three-person sofa, but the bathroom is too small and the steps are high. Hygiene: Although the decoration is old, it is still clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel is in an excellent location, just opposite Uwajima JR Station. The town is very quiet. The barbecue restaurant recommended by the lady at the front desk is quite good👌It is only a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Service: The luggage stored after check-in has been sent to the room, and the front desk's enthusiastic and patient service is impeccable. Recommended if you are not a long-term resident.

I stayed in a twin room, and the bed was spacious and clean, and the room was larger than I expected, so it was comfortable. It would have been nice to have coffee sticks as well as tea packs. Also, the TV was located next to my pillow, so it was difficult to watch while sleeping. The step between the room and the unit bath was quite deep, making it a bit difficult to get in and out, and the door to the unit bath was difficult to close.

It was a beautiful room. The room had a nice feel to it, with no smells at all. I will use it again when I go to Uwajima.

因為房價便宜，預料房間會細，但係得很窄通道可以上床，房間燈制在床邊，要入到房內跨過床才可以開燈，比較不方便。服務人員態度很好，我早到了也給我房間

位置非常好，就在車站對面。沒有禁煙房間，房間內細小，有煙灰缸提供，見到就非常討厭，還好有清新空氣噴劑，心裏都是唔舒服。英文溝通唔掂，好在見到個年輕嘅女職員，她很友善和幫忙在網上找到資料。

因為改期，未曾入住，但感覺服務響應時間比較慢，望改進。
