Good things: The location is super good. The hotel is right at the pier where you can take a boat from St. Mark's Square. It is convenient to take a boat to anywhere. The room is also very large, the breakfast is OK, the view from the balcony of the booking building is also very beautiful, and there is a happy hour every afternoon. Bad things: The pictures of the Ctrip booking are deceptive. The view of the standard double room is the two pictures I sent. It can be said that there is no view at all. If someone wants to book a good view, don't book a standard double room. Others are deceived by the photos of Ctrip! The hotel also arranged room 301 on the 3rd floor. It is next to the public bar and toilet on a balcony, which is a bit disgusting. For a hotel that costs more than 3,000 per night, if it is this view and environment. I still advise everyone to think more.

Dating back to the 1700's, this hotel offered more than we expected. Only being there for a day, and a tour scheduled at 8am, we were bit able to enjoy breakfast but it was offered. With drop off/pick up service via water taxi offered, it made arrival and departure extra special. We had a canal view room which was wonderful. With Saint Mark and the Bridge of Sighs within walking distance, this was a perfect one night stop for us. Surrounded by a lot of eating options, little shops and many historical sites, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We had a triple room looking out to San Giorgio. The windows had shutters so at night it was very quiet. We have stayed four times and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had great suggestions from them of places to eat places to visit. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful hotel for my anniversary. The location was perfect and the staff was even better… they treat you like family ! The breakfast was amazing as well. Check in and check out ran smoothly with the room ready to go ! Thank you for having us, until we meet again. Grazie!

The hotel was fabulous . Very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful very filling. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It is close to St Mark’s Square. The rooms were beautiful and clean.

We were upgraded to a corner room with San Marco lagoon view. Very nice room with good view of the activities outside. Surprisingly the moderate outside noise abates by 10-11 PM and we slept soundly in the 2 nights we stayed in the hotel. Excellent location for the San Marco Piazza, the basilica, & the vaporetto stops. Very good restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. We booked directly with the hotel and we were able to avail of the free private boat to and from the train station which is a big plus.

We stayed at the Locanda Vivaldi for 2 nights and loved it. The location on the Grand Canal with the city’s highlights like Piazza San Marco, Basilica of San Marco and the Doge’s Palace a short walk along the Canal made it perfect. The hotel was very clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly, competent, knowledgeable and very helpful with all kinds of information. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service and great location to all the major attractions. Wonderful staff, great rooftop bar, accommodations were very comfortable. no complaints and would stay here again. Good size room overall, beds were good. Has private boat dock when you arrive or depart which made it easy to check in/out.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location! Breakfast each morning was wonderful, the staff were amazingly attentive, and the views from the roof were beautiful. We had two different rooms between the 6 of us and it worked out perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, well located overlooking the grand canal a short distance from St Marks square. Our room was well appointed with a view of a small canal and a side view of the grand canal. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The roof top terrace was delightful, with impressive views of Venice. Breakfast was great, got us going in the morning for our walking tours. If we were to return to Venice we would not hesitate to stay here again.

A very stylish hotel with a great location. The interior is stylish and with Vivaldi symbols. The bed was a bit narrow for two :), the room was warm. The walls don't echo and the window offers a view of the canal - what else do you want in Venice :). Friendly and fast service in various foreign languages ​​at the reception desk.
